Location Deceptive Marketing: The "007 Club" branding is a total joke used to distract guests from the crumbling infrastructure.Completely Outdated: The property is painfully out of date and severely lacks basic modern maintenance.False Comfort: The lobby is kept cool and comfortable for management, while paying guests are left to suffer in sweltering rooms.Public Health Hazard: Swarms of mosquitoes inside the bedrooms create an entirely unsanitary, unlivable environment.Daytime Negligence: The daytime desk clerk Anna was completely dismissive and showed zero regard for my physical well-being.

The location is great! In a nice area with tram line across the street and subway less than a block away. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel is eccentric and different which makes it a fun place as well. No complaints!

staff unfriendly at night, it is old, stuffy

Everyone was so warm and accommodating super friendly and helpful. Quick walk or rental bike ride to the convention center. This may just be for me but I sleep out and couldn't get the room as cold as I would like as an American. It was cool but not cold but most of the world doesn't use AC quite like someone from the south.

The hotel had a surprising mix of themes: James Bond and Racing Cars. They even had a functioning (later it broke down) racing track in the lobby. Please fix that! It was so much fun for our boy (and I have to admit) me as well. I enjoyed the theme a lot, because I grew up with the 007 movies. The staff was very friendly and flexible. Really nice! In general it was clean, some corners I the bathroom had mold, the towels had a chemical smell (but better be clean than sorry). The bed's matrace was very soft (spring matrace). Could be exchanged for smth more modern. The rooms decoration was nice, but the lamps cables were just open wiring with the electrical wiring from the wall. No insulation tape. Seemed a bit risky. All in all a bit old hotel, could do with a bit of modernization.

The interior. Very old and they didn't turn on the AC. The front desk staff said that it's because there are guests who are still cold. Idiot response. Why does everyone have to suffer when they can just turn it off in their own room. That made us move to a better hotel the next morning.

Location is very nice for someone who wants to visit Milan but don't want to pay a fortune or be in a noisy neighborhood. It's close to many shops and pubs where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. The view from the balcony is also very nice The staff was very nice with us, always helped us when we needed something and even helped us by calling a cab at 3AM Breakfast was ok and free The furniture looks and feels a bit old. We would've liked a few more closets instead of 2 pretty uncomfortable chairs. The shower drain doesn't function properly, and the cabin is pretty small. The toilet was very crammed between the sink and the bidet, really uncomfortable when you're in a hurry.

Nothing The worst place to stay in, the stuff was very bed and during nights time it was only one person in this 4 star hotel, there where not iron available, the breakfast was not available i was there at 10:20am and it was already picken up, very bed stay

Host at front desk was amazing and provided great service.

Car noise during sleeping

It’s a fun theme and concept. I do not like that I have a giant rubber key ring to carry around. The beds are also hard and the pillows are not comfortable. I feel like I’m 2025 hotels should have comfortable beds and pillows.

very old hotel and room are very old even cash in safe is with key so you need to keep key with you

It wasn't a 4-star hotel feeling

Convenient to Mico Milano Congressi. Hotel near the metro station and tram stop. Clean bed sheets and towels. The property,though has its charm,very outdated. The aircon does not work so expect to be hot during summer.
