Nothing The location was just near an underground station. The building where shaking every time the train passed. You heard everything very little noises from outside the room. Dirty under the beds. The host wanted us to pay city tax even if we showed him that it was included in the price we paid on the booking site. He said that was just the price for the room. But we got it for that price in the end.

The location was very good. You need a key to exit the building through a locked gate which isn't good if there is an emergency. Also, not all the room keys had a key that worked on the exterior gate.

The personnel were not very welcoming, and the place needs an update. The beds were not comfy, and the place needs to be updated for the price paid at that location. Smelled like mold, beds were not comfy, and the staff was not welcoming.

The location is great! Even when we had some trouble to find it. No signs or visible information available that could be very helpful. No signs or visible directions of the property. And the guy who handle the keys to us and showed us what our room was not kind at all. He did not smile or greets us. When I asked him for the breakfast he said “only coffee and tea” on the second floor.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was so helpful and cared about our comfort. It’s an older hotel so the electric plug ins were few and there was a charge for the washer and dryer. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!!

Room is clean and big with balcony. Close to Metro/bus Noise - very incomportable to sleep due to it close to the Main Street.

A room for 5 was available. Had a kitchen (shared). Adequate amount of bathrooms (4) shared among the lodgers. Kind host who allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. Very noisy area of the city. Our room (Family Room) looked out onto the metro entrance, and every time a train went into the station, it was noisy and the room would shake a little. So bring earplugs. The kitchen barely had enough utensils and plates for amount of people using it. No oven & the stove did not really work. The door was difficult to lock and unlock.

The ceiling was nicely decorated. The bed sheets were clean, 3 blankets for a double bed, in April it wasn't cold during the night. We got clean towels for showering and shared bathroom was really clean with some free body&hair shampoo available. Room had also a desk, 1 chair and a mini closet and a small wall mirror. The windows weren't really isolating, you could hear the outside and feel cold air pass through. No ceiling light, the lights on the walls were broken. Our only source of light was a little nightstand lamp.

The staff, we were kind of lost at first, there was a guy who opened a door for us I asked him where to y he just kept walking then we headed upstairs and still didn’t know what to do until a guy opened the door and he was kind of rude never got a smile from him, showed us the room asked some questions and that was it. ?

The lady that welcomed us and took care of our requests was very helpful and kind. Her name is Fatma. She made our stay very comfortable and nice. Before Fatma came there was a man who wasn’t helpful and kind of mean. Forgot his name.

It is a place with rooms to sleep and share bathroom. You don’t see anyone. They provide a key and bye baby. Many things, safety is zero there is a group of young males and females look like a homeless corner with a crazy McDonald beside. Those people begging for food and money. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Location is perfect. Safe, clean room and shared spaces, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Very good value for the location. My room had a queen bed, balcony, fridge and sink. Shared kitchen is fully equipped and has coffee machine. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Doors and windows are old you can hear all the noises outside.

The staff was very helpful and the location is great The pillow is very hard and We couldn’t sleep with it without feeling pain

Very good location close to metro stations. Restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel had a lift which was a bonus. Plenty of bathrooms available. It was secure as there was a front gate which locked. The bed and pillows were ok. It was quite noisy outside at night. No mirror in the room.
