Really great value for money. We got there about 1.5 hours before check-in and the lady at reception let us check in early, which was a nice surprise. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful. The metro is only a couple of min away, and it’s about a 35-minute ride to the airport, also it’s about 15 min to the main train station. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Location was perfect for my needs. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I had booked 1 night but had my passport stolen before arriving and they got me a 2nd night and made sure I could get into it (had to change rooms) very early as I needed to do paperwork for new passport which was great. The room is very small (fairly normal for a hotel in Milan albeit very tiny!) there is no space to put even my small sized suitcase on, there is little to no shelving in bathroom to put beauty case on. I would recommend adding shelving ! but overall is was a comfortable stay and meet my needs.

The location was very convenient, close to both bus and metro connections. The lady in charge of breakfast was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was quite a lot of dust and the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. Also, the air conditioning stopped working on our last night, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The breakfast was great and we appreciated the generous gluten free options, as well as the friendly staff. Front desk was helpful and booked us a taxi at the end of our stay. The room was close to Reception and quite noisy till later in the evening. The sprinkler or smoke alarm had quite a bright light and it lit up the room when the lights were off making it hard to get off to sleep. Mostly the room was clean and well presented, but over by one wall the dust was thick in the skirting boards. We did have a very pleasant stay and felt it was good value for money. With a few tweaks it could have been excellent.

Hotel was modern and comfortable. Nice breakfast. There was a kettle and coffee pod machine but no tea or coffee supplied. Fortunately I mad my own but I did think it was strange.

- Nice location, close to the metro - Cozy and comfortable room even if rather small - Ok breakfast, the selection could be better but positive note for the lady working there, who was always super friendly and welcoming - Ventilation in the room was faulty. For some reason, I had to go twice to the reception so they could “activate” and turn on the a/c in the room. - The cleaning staff needs to be better instructed, as they totally ignored the non disturbed sign and came always early knocking at the door. Despite me saying a very basic “no, thanks!” (in Italian and English) they just opened the door anyway. When they finally came and did their job, you barely noticed anyway….

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy beds! Next to metro station, supermarkets, pharmacy and cafes around. A bit far from train station, 15-20 min to walk. Not very comfortable during the hot weather. But taking the metro is always an alternative. The AC can not be regulated from the room, it is central and if you need you can ask the reception to switch it off.
