The place is a possible scam. Receptions guy was lying to us about some information and about messages he sent and afterwards he demanded our physical cards as well even tho we already paid everything

Good location, close to the metro line we needed. Car was safe in the garage. It was clean. The only reason I can't rate lower is that technically they did not lie about anything when you look thoroughly through the booking - so it's a b&b that does not serve breakfast xD- but grumpy dude will make you good coffee. Garden view means east side + no ac, just a fan = living hell in July. On day 3 there was no hot water, we did not mind since we needed frequent cold showers to not die. We did not care much they had no big towels left on day 3 either, I just wish we had anywhere to hang towels and clothes other than doors, there is also literally just one tiny shelf in the whole bathroom. What makes it less funny is that since it it registered as a hotel, you pay the highest tourist tax (9.5 e per person per day), so for two ppl that pay for the parking it comes down to 100e per night, and there are probably better options for that money in the city.

Overall, the room and the bathroom were clean. The hotel is close to the convenient metro station. It was extremely hot in the room. The room would just stay heated despite the windows open, the fan on, and the door open. Meanwhile, the corridor and the bathroom were at a manageable temperature. It was so hot at night, I almost went to sleep on the floor in the corridor. We had to wet our towels and cover up to cool down at least a little. The nights in Italy are not that hot so we assumed the open window could help. No, doesn't work at all. We tried all methods, the room would still be super hot. You guys, either should install AC into it, or never put that room out for guests -- it's a torture. If I had to describe hell, it would be the same as my experience in that room. I understand that I came during the heatwave, but note that the corridor area was fine to stay in; it cools down, but not the room. Also, the host, wasn't very friendly. He doesn't say hi or goodbye; he looks at you as if you took his room away. I specifcially talking about one guy. There were 2 Indian guys; they are sweet, but not that one. Then you need to leave your keys when you leave, and that rude guy didn't tell us about that. The keys have this heavy keyring on them. Extremely heavy. Why would one put a keyring like that? You can literally hit someone with it. I regret choosing this hotel.

I like the attention from the staff, the beds were good, as well as the room. There is a very good trattoreria close by and the metro is also very close. They gave us coffee on our way out to the city :) The shower was really tight but it works perfectly

Location: I like that it was literally a 2min walk from the metro station Room: spacious and clean Staff:The attendant I met the 1st day was really nice/helpful, especially since I got there 6am and check-in was 2pm. He gave me some recommendations that would work for me until it was time to check in. Another took the time out to walk out to the street with me to direct me to the train. Room was hot. Even though there was a fan, no AC. If you're not on the 1st floor and you have many bags it might be a hassle for you getting up there. Overall, it was a decent stay for 1 night

Helpful, friendly staff. Two desk clerks I met were great. Had little warm water for shower. Washed hair anyway. Luckily I didn’t get a sore throat. Took some throat disks right away. Should have been more warm water.

Staff was extremely helpful when complications arose and took us last minute when other reservations fell through The third floor was boiling hot compared to the first floor and the fan (no AC) provided in the room doesn’t do much to cool it down. It made it almost impossible to sleep because of the heat. There was no wifi on the third floor within the rooms. The door handle fell off of our door and we slept without a lock on the door for an entire night. There was a security camera pointing right at our door, however I’m not sure that would do much to deter would-be intruders. We put a chair in front of the door just to be a bit of a security measure. Nothing happened thank God but staff didn’t offer to move us to another room which would have been ideal.

The price is what you get, the staff is really friendly. And the rooms are really spacious. The walls are paper thin, so if you have neighbors, you will listen to every single noise they make. And they will listen to you as well.

The place was a nightmare; the host was aggressive and disgusting. There was neither hot water in the shower, no Wi-Fi either, no cleaning, the host was super aggressive and he insulted us. He was lying all time about the availability of hot water in the shower, he was not willing to change the room and he was discriminating us saying that we did not deserve a better room because we were from the third world country. We had to leave after three nights we spent there, and he never reimbursed for the rest 2 nights that we paid in advance. I could not leave earlier because of my busy days and my commitments at the job. He was so aggressive that we had to call a police because my daughter got afraid of him. The worst experience ever.

Breakfast was very sugary, it would be nice to include healthy options like eggs . Since the bathrooms are shared , regular cleaning or drying is needed.

Good position walkable towards many places in Milan. Nice building inside. Breakfast is just what one would need for starting the day. Rooms are relatively big (nice surprise). The entrance is not looking nice. Some beautification would help there.

It was great for the price. They have showers, towels, hair drying machines and they give you breakfast. It is only 5 minutes to the metro. The location was a bit scary at night (nothing happened just the vibes) and some furniture in the room was questionable (wardrobes didnt have doors?).
