Jenny and Francesca at reception made my stay exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome! Nothing significant. My stay was very enjoyable.

location The old hotel didn't have plugs that were compatible to my adapter so I couldn;'t plug in anything, I had the correct adapters that couldn't be used. Also they had no adaptors that would work. This is the major reason I would never stay here again.

The hotel is nicely located - close to public transport and far enough from the city craze. The interior is sophisticated, the staff is helpful and is the best part of the experience! Breakfast was good as well, good choice and a great view. Thank you for making our stay special! -

We had a wonderful experience at C‑Hotels Rubens. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with housekeeping coming daily, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A lovely surprise was receiving pasta as a gift when we checked out — a small gesture that really shows their attention to guests. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome‑drink card that we could use at the Pandia Bar. The bar itself was a highlight: during happy hour we received a generous selection of snacks with our drinks, creating a great atmosphere to relax after a long day. A special mention goes to Francesko from the Pandia Bar. He was simply amazing — very welcoming, polite, kind, and a true professional who embodies Italian hospitality. His service made our evenings there even more enjoyable. Overall, C‑Hotels Rubens exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan. For breakfast, we just wanted to buy coffee, but we couldn’t sit unless we paid the full €15 per person, which felt unnecessary.
