ho trovato capelli sia in doccia che in mezzo agli asciugamani, mentre ero fuori sono entrati in camera mia nonostante fossi una fermata (incaccettabile) la finestra della camera non si chiude del tutto e ho trovato acqua all'interno del bollitore (non mia)

The o ly inconvenience was that we had to share the toilet with another room. But taking into consideration all other advantages , this fact didn't spoil the general impression.

Everything was comfortable and clean! I liked that the owner was kind and allowed us to check in early. There was also a free bar included in the price of the hotel. We had a shower in our room, everything was great, and the breakfast was filling! The location is a bit far from the bus stop, but the area is quiet.

Cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff. Safe and convenient location close to metro. It’s on 4th floor with an outdated elevator. Not the hotels fault though.

Receptionist responsiveness

It may have been my mistake for not looking/checking and it being Italy, but the place smelled entirely of smoke (cigarette). That may not bother some people but it's a deal breaker for us. Otherwise it was a decent place

friendly staff, clean rooms nothing, everything was great

Very nice place to stay, we’ve stayed 2 nights, the staff was amazing, soft beds, near to metro. There are 2 nice restaurants at the downstairs, the elderly Egyptian man (I think the owner) very kind, the guy at the night desk reception also cool! Absolutely satisfied of staying there

I liked the service I reviewed from the staff & it was excellent choice for me to rent this room.

The over was extremely attentive towards any needs. This is a moderately priced, efficient room for those traveling quickly.

Staff was very kind, they take very good care of the place. There is no WC in the room, but it does have a shower. Not a huge problem.

It was very noisy. Someone was vacuuming in the middle of the night. Footsteps were heard, even outside. Inside, the staff was very loud. The pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. I could barely sleep. The Wi-Fi was terrible.

We booked the room 15 minutes before arriving at the hotel. When we arrived, the owner/manager received us with a big a smile, gave us a large bottle of water and walked us to the room. He made sure we were happy with the room and we had everything we needed.

Room and bathroom was clean and no outside noise Breakfast was only pre packed muffin and coffee and total cost of €77 was a bit high

The staff is very helpful and friendly people. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Having a metro close to the place was great. In our room, the shower was inside the room, but no toilet. We had to use the shared one. It was clean and there were no queues, so it wasn't a big problem, but it wasn't what we expected.

We were late, but the owner was patiently waiting for us even though she could have told us we lost our room.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience overall. The place was nice and well-maintained with a clean atmosphere throughout. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
