My particular apartment was in an ancient, traditional and slightly forbidding apartment building, where most of the occupiers of other apartments in the block, would, I suspect, have been permanent residents. The apartment itself had been modernised but it still very much had the feel of being incorporated within an old building. That said, once inside the apartment, I felt secure and safe and it offered all the facilities that I needed. The bed was comfortable. I was not disturbed by any outside noise. The aircon was effective when I needed to use it. The weather was relatively warm.

The staff was helpful. The apartment is nice - good set up, but the bathroom smells like sewer and there we so many bed bugs that didn't allow us to sleep. The beds would have been comfortable and the AC was great, but there were bed bugs that didn't allow us to sleep or enjoy our stay - they even got onto our luggage.

Very easy to get to the centre with tram 15. Building with the "ballatoio" is very characteristic. The apartment is small for 3 people and it needs some renovations. The bed was not very comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, or at least in the lobby.

Very good location. Easy to go anywhere you would want to in Milan. The employees were very helpful and easy to get in to contact. The apartment was clean and and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

The location was good. Nice neighborhood. Walkable to the Duomo. 15 minute walk to metro station. There were stains on the bedding. They should have a top sheet in addition to the duvet because the duvet was too warm. The shower leaked and got the floor very wet. Overall the place really lacked charm because it overlooked a courtyard instead of the street. It had these coverings on the window exterior that made it seem like a prison.

It is full and well equipped, private apartment in a quiet neighborhood hid behind a quite vibrant street. You can find everything from bakery to supermarket in 5 minutes walk distance. Bus stop just in front of the gate.

It was tremendously clean, convenient, with parking next door. It was fine. If you wanted it for Romance, it might need something just a bit more - chocolates or flowers. But really, it was perfect for me.

It is very cold and there was no cover for the beds. The heating also was not working

The apartment was extremely quiet. Having staff to help with check-in. The toiletries were too basic.
