An absolutely brilliant stay. I booked the apartment and I was so impressed with how spacious the apartment was. It was in a great location and it was very clean and comfortable. Much better than other apartment and hotel options I looked at.

Overall, the room at this stay was nice! Their personnel are kind and friendly, happy to help whenever needed. The area is quiet and offers easy access to transport; trams are the best option (at least for me). In rest - enough towels, shampoo and what you may need. I've been listening to the fridge brrrrr all night :) would be great to have an option to turn it off.

People working there was very sweet and helpful. AC was nice. Water pressure in the shower was low it was not really comfortable to shower. In our room there was a lot of dust everywhere, but other than that it was clean ane nice

Only coffee and sugar, no creamer. Powder creamer would suffice. Not enough muffins. A sign stating the time muffins and biscuits are available would be great. Complimentary coffee bar. It is the bare minimum. For the price one pays for a night's stay, just a little bit more for the morning would be an extra added touch which could be excellect.

Even though I stayed for one night, the accommodation really showed professionalism during that short stay. The employees are wonderful, the rooms are clean. We were even able to store our luggage all day without being charged. I really recommend it.
