There was no air conditioning not even an electric fan, room was so hot

The exterior of the building and the reception look old and a little scary. The floors and rooms were great. It was far from the train station, and I had to commute.

The place was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. “Breakfast included” actually means just a small coffee and a croissant that the staff brings to you. There is no self-service option available and there aren’t other choices. If you are willing to pay a little more for accommodation with breakfast included, this one is not worth the extra money. The room don’t have AC, so if you can’t sleep with the fan noise, it will be a problem.

Location Sign says keep door closed for AC…..ahhhh you need to turn it on first. NO AC in the 2 rooms I was in, does not work! one ceiling fan did not work. It’s 36C! It’s the classic bate and switch….. sure we have AC…… it has to run to work!

There's no air conditioning, the mattresses are uncomfortable, and the noise from cars on the street is very annoying; it's like being in the middle of the road. You won't be able to sleep in this hostel during the summer.

location and reception area the slowest and freezing internet that i ever experienced in italy and the uncomfortable bed, even though i claimed many times, they keep a smile and said this is jow it is, no air conditioner so hot and if you leave the window open you can't sleep because of mosquitoes and the street load

beds were comfy, the lockers have their own keys and seem very safe. Each bed has their lamp and plug to charge your devices. The bathroom was just fine inside the bedroom. I liked the bunk beds had these amazing stairs to go up and the beds were sturdy so they wouldn't move if someone below or above moves. The fan in the bedroom worked, but when you turned the light of the bathroom on, the bedroom light turned on as well, there must have been a mismatched connection. I am unsure if there was aircon, it was a bit warm inside - lucky that day rained, so there was a bit of a breeze coming in from the open windows.

When I checked into the hotel, this Romanian man spoke to me very rudely, which really ruined my day. And he charged me extra money even though I had already paid all my online payments. He charged me there too.

The price was good. For me I didn’t like the neon lights everywhere. Also there was a weird smell in the common areas.

Excellent location - walking distance from Vetra metro station (M4 / blue) and Navigli Canal - really Milano center. Nice price - compatible for what offers in relation to other hostels in the area. Clean. Very hot room.

No curtains on bunk beds, lights stay on through night, and bathroom is dirty.

Staff are really bad

Extremely rude and negative staff from check in to check out, having to leave your ONLY room key with reception every time you leave your room was terrible and not once did our beds get made/rooms cleaned got given one towel pp and this was not changed the entire stay if you wanted a fresh one you had to pay!! I booked a private room with private bathroom with breakfast included, went down for breakfast during the serving hours and no one tended to us staff were all hidden behind a curtain in the kitchen and would not serve us, aircon did not work the entire stay and there were bugs in the toilet. extremely loud corridors and you have to take the stairs as the lift looks a minute away from dropping and breaking, HUGE safety risk. All in all a horrible stay I could not say one positive thing about this hotel.

The Hostel Was excellent short walk to center of Milian. Very clean throughout the hostel. Owner of hostel very nice and friendly nothing too much trouble. You got use of kitchen which has a kettle and microwave handy for meals and drinks. Its on a quiet street. Nothing to dislike the hostel and staff were excellent.

you could be assigned to a room full of opposite gender and it could be uncomfortable. some roommates will go to other beds so you cant guarantee an extremely clean bed

Nothing except the fact that it’s near grande navigli. Everything about the rooms and the toilets.
