Excellent location on the subway line with easy access to Milan historical centre. Rooms are clean and tidy albeit a bit small. Very friendly and approachable staff that made us feel like home. Breakfast is amazing with so many options to choose from, and of excellent quality. Also, a very good restaurants downstairs. On our day of arrival we came to the restaurant shortly after they closed (we were all jetlagged) but they still served us dinner and were so nice about it! Rooms were a bit smaller then expected but that's fine, they are more energy efficient this way :-)

The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and they cleaned it every day. The room was basic, but had everything I needed. The breakfast is good and has many options to choose from. The location is good, around 6 minutes walking from a metro station that connects with the principal points of interest in the city. You can't get out nothing from the breakfast room, neither an apple or a banana. I think they should be more flexible, at the end, is a service the guests pay for, at least to give the chance to pick up a fruit.

We booked a camera matrimoniale especially for having a king/Queen bed. However there were 2 single beds linked. We didn't like the noise and the windows.

We booked a room , then figured out that they changed our stay to another room in a different building that I have to climb 4 floors stairs no elevator - when I said I have health condition - they found out that our original room is avaible WOW

Breakfast was good. The room was too hot, we asked for air conditioning since it was listed on booking.com but they said they didn’t turn it on yet. We had to have the window open, there were soccer games just outside our window that went late in the night. It was very loud and bright lights that kept us from sleeping. If we could’ve closed the window we would not have noticed the noise and lights as much.

I could hear the the other room's bathroom activities from my room. It was very unpleasant

Staff was very friendly, location a short walk from metro station. We could leave our luggage for departure day. Breakfast was also fine with hot and cold options available. We would be definitely staying here again, when in Milano.

The entrance to the building with the annex rooms did not seem to match the key given, so we had to wait a bit.

I like how clean it was and the staff was very friendly. They offered us lunch to take as we were living early for excursions. Very thoughtful. The beds and sheets were not comfortable.

The breakfast was nice and had variety of things. The room was small but comfy. The location was good for reaching by train and by walking. The room was smaller than expected and the bed was a little bit tough for the back.

The shower is hit or miss, and sometimes the staff, although they are mostly kind.

Good quality for price, rooms clean and comfortable, very good breakfast and efficient wifi. Good for business stay. The access to the "dependance" is not really easy if you need to carry heavy baggage - no elevator and just stairs - but this is well explained in the hotel description.
