The location is good, but during the night, the neighborhood is full of kinda men, so women stay safe

You have to open the door with your phone. If you run out of battery, I'm not sure how you can enter in your room. There where some close calls for us so definitely make sure to have your phone charged. The area seemed a bit sketchy at first. No actual problems, maybe it was just an impression.

The smell. It had a weird smell.

There was a lot of equipment, but some essential items were missing, such as an electric kettle or a regular coffee maker. Unfortunately, no one was available to assist us with arranging transport or finding a taxi. There was only a chat with a general support representative who provided standard replies to our questions 24/7.

Very clean, quiet and modern room with all the facilities. Room looks same as the photos. We can open our room using our mobile. We arrived the place 2 hours before the Check-in time and they let us go to the room. Customer service is excellent. There should be more extra toilet paper rolls and extra garbage bag for 3 guests for 2 nights. Especially for a family with small children.
