From the moment we arrived, Gatto Bianco Mia Aparthotel exceeded every expectation. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — great amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and a lovely home-away-from-home feel that made us want to stay longer. The cleanliness was truly impressive. Everything was spotless — from the bathroom to the kitchen area — and it was clear that the staff takes real pride in maintaining high standards. Fresh linens, tidy common areas, and attention to every little detail made a huge difference. As for the location, it couldn't be better! Perfectly situated with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. We could walk to so many places without any hassle, which made exploring the area an absolute pleasure.

I booked this hotel last minute for the Monza F1 race and paid over €400 (~$500)—only to endure a disaster of a stay. There was no reception, just a WhatsApp chat. After a 15+ hour flight, I arrived around 8 pm to discover no electricity in my room. Despite sending videos and photos proving the issue, the staff accused me of not knowing how to turn on the lights. I had to make a 20+ min video call to show that I am doing things correctly but the lights weren’t tuning on. I was stranded in a pitch-black room/lobby for more than three hours until 11:30 pm, when the owner finally arrived, admitted it was their faulty circuit, fixed it in minutes, and promised a refund. Days later, she has stopped responding entirely—no refund, no follow-through, and apparently never even contacted Booking.com as she claimed. ⚠️ Future travelers: avoid this place at all costs. Paying €400+ shouldn’t leave you without power, honesty, or support. There are plenty of other options nearby. Don’t risk being left in the dark like I was.

The elevator was so slow

Such a beautiful place to stay, decoration, and light are surprisingly pleasant. Nearby train and subway stations, but if you prefer to walk downtown, it is also doable. We arrived late at night, and although instructions to check in by yourself can be confusing or intimidating, once you understand their system is truly easy, plus staff kept good communication through WhatsApp before and during our check in. Only issue was I needed my invoice, they told me at check out it was going to be sent via WhatsApp app, I even asked for it twice through Booking and WhatsApp, but it was never sent. Other than that, it is an AMAZING place to stay.

Very cool aparthotel. Check-in was very fast , without any problems. Clean, everything you need is available. Every day there was cleaning and changed towels. As a compliment, every day added water to the refrigerator, added coffee and tea. At the request, brought an iron. only 5-7 minutes from the metro. Team Bianco Mia Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

The windows are not soundproof and if your room is on top of the main road it is quite loud at night.

The bathtub was huge and wonderful, the minibar had a nice selection as well as glass wear and cutlery. More expensive than most, but that can be expected for Milano The curved glass stairs entering the property are unreasonable with luggage. Aside from breakfast, there is really no hotel amenities

The front desk staff/receptionist Daniela was very accommodating, and called us to help arrange after-hours arrival. We were meeting friends for dinner, and she allowed them to wait for us in the lobby, out of the rain. The room was incredibly clean, with a unique, sleek modern design that felt world class and special. Tall ceilings, sweeping curved soffits, big, tall windows, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. As a coffee aficionado, I enjoyed the Nespresso machine. We didn't cook anything, but the basic kitchen was well stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, fridge, oven, etc. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel --it was very special. I will say that, as a senior, I was a little nervous about descending the glass steps that stretch from the hotel's front entry down to the lobby area. It was raining during our stay, and I feared slipping on the wet glass. There was a handrail, so I hung on tightly. Glass steps do make for a cool-looking design choice, though -- I must admit!

Nice clean spacious ce hotel rooms Bit far from center of Milan, remote parking

Clean, spacious room with a balcony. I was prompted several times to submit my arrival time by booking and was also contacted by the hotel for this. I responded each time but then waited ~10 minutes at the front door after I arrived. It wasn’t a big deal but a bit strange. I was also asked to check in online by scanning my passport before arriving but then still had to provide my passport at check in. The security deposit can’t be paid with a virtual card on your phone - you need a physical card.

Property is Excellent. Daniela was very supportive and helpful. I can't call it a Value for Money; we found it expensive for the kind of property we were looking for. Finding a taxi was a big Challange in this area.

The Mia boutique Hotel was amazing! What you see in the pictures is what you get a beautiful room very comfortable, soft pillows great mattress, plenty of room in the bathroom overall great room! The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating! Gave great suggestions for our first meal in town, which was absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay at this property again, located roughly about €20-€25 taxi ride from the Grand Central train station. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property!
