Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very small, compared to the room pictured on the website.

Extremely polite staff, ready to answer all questions, absolutely everyone is very kind. The location is great because the metro and tram station are only one minute away. Everything in the room was very clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is neat and clean. Breakfast consisted of several dishes, but you won't go hungry. They offer coffee and tea politely. Everyone is smiling.

This is my third time coming here. It is very convenient for me to come here when I travel for business

It was clean The size of the key, the location

The staff was very kind and nice. You can hear whatever other guests talk or do in neighbour rooms or corridor. No elevator. Too expensive for a hotel far from Milan´s city center.
-
Good value for money, close to transport 25 min from city centre. noise from the trams during the night.

Breakfast was tasty, everything is really clean, staff is very kind. Metro station is literally one minute walking from the hotel. Bathroom is really really small, there is no much place for your stuff, and the room in general was very small. Breakfast is tasty but the choice is very limited. Hotel is far away from the city center (you need to take 2 different metro), and even more from the Central station (where bus from the airport leave you). This in general is not a problem if you arrive during the day, we arrived after 1 am in Milan, and there was no metro, and we waited for the taxi around 45 minutes.

Very good place to relax ?

The hotel is located three minutes walk from the metro station. You can get to the city center very quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very modest. We stayed for three nights in mid-October. The hotel facade was being renovated and all the walls were surrounded by scaffolding. At 7 am, workers started doing the renovation and it was very noisy. The soundproofing of the windows is poor. The room's windows face the street with active traffic. Trams also run from 5 am until late at night. For those who are bothered by noise at night, it will be difficult to fall asleep. The inside of the room also needs renovation. The plaster is falling off in some places. There is mold in the bathroom. The furniture is old. There is a stool instead of a bedside table. The lock on the bathroom door does not close, as there is no gap for the lock. There is no trash can in the room. The only small trash can is in the toilet, which is inconvenient. There is also no kettle in the room. Hot water for tea is charged separately, as for using the bar. Conclusions: When the renovation is finished and all the significant shortcomings are eliminated, it will be a very good hotel.

Passable

- Great personal - was able to check-in even during the deep night, always offered coffee or tea at breakfast - Great location - about a minute if wall for both metro and tram - Present air-conditioning - Great pastry for breakfast - Slippers, toothbrush, shampoo and others provided - Bidet was present - The toilet seat was a bit loosened - More beakfast options would be nice - Walls are quite thin - chances are you will hear your neighbors - For some people, the shower enclosure might be too small

No air conditioning. A lot of noise on the rooms at night Noise. No air conditioning. Bad shower

It was a lovely stay. Exceeded expectations. Very clean, towels replaced daily and room was cleaned. Bed was very comfortable and a nice warm duvet. Breakfast had some cold cuts and croissants and nice coffee. Staff is wonderful and helpful Location- metro station and tram station is outside the hotel. Takes 15-20 mins to get to the city centre but transport is right outside

I like it hosting with a smiling on the face. social and helpful. Breakfast was pretty Fair. the place was extremely cold after putting the heater full still I need to use couple of blankets. the bed sheets was unwashed some of I feel. The place was too noisy all the night tram running and in the morning hotel renovation nosie. Putting ear bud is not helping some times. location was okay 30-40min from the central. they collect from me city tax per night of my staying.which is weird on the hotel website it was onetime payment call city tax 10€, but they took from me 18€ and of need to pay the water bottle also it's not included.

The hotel is outside of the city center, but well located close to the metro station and tram station. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. The bathroom and bedsheets were clean. The hotel desperately requires renovation. The furniture is old, the walls are dirty and the room bears the traces of tobacco smell, probably from the 1990s. The walls are thin and so it gets noisy. The breakfast is bare minimum, and the drinks at the bar are overpriced. It cost me 3 euro to get a tea in the evening, which was just a Lipton teabag and some hot water.

Exceptional

The sound of the train was coming to my room. i couldn't sleep until midnight

Location is good, but if taking metro line M2 only only train (abiattegrosso) works because it branches a station before - a bit of an inconvenience but not too much - there's also a tram right on next block (+-150m away id say)
