We needed to be at church by 4:30,while be rushed to change he called us a taxi. The room was a great size,clean,cool. There was a mini market right down the street. The cost of the taxi was very reasonable.

Breakfast

Afternoon/night shift reception staff was really nice, helped us a lot. Breakfast was very good! Underground parking also very good! The hotel seems to be an old "motel" (the italian way, which means, "love hotel"). Huge bed, huge mirror next to it, headboard with a "handle". A/C is not an actual Air Conditioning, but just a ventilator that brings some fresh wind from the basement. If it's too hot outside, it simply won't cool the room. Room was 28°C and wouldn't go down even though we kept A/C on all the time.

You can hear the street noise and the doors of every room make a lot of noise as well so it can get quite annoying to hear other guests getting in and out.

Staff quite friendly and check-in open 24h, quite spacious room and all commodities in the bathroom. The cleaning service was every day. The location is far if spending time around city center or China town district, however there is a Tram 15 stop -> Duomo really close to accommodation. Shower needs to be replaced since it was quite affected by the hard water.

The bed was super super king sized and comfortable. Air conditioning was very good. There were toiletries provided. Late check-in was much appreciated. At night, there were a lot of mosquitoes/flies outside of our hotel room's hallway light. The elevator smelt strongly of cigarettes at some moments. The tram location is amazing but we could not use it in the first day because you need to purchase a tram ticket from the metro station (which was around 7-8 min walk away).

only the reception guy john was good and try his best to comfort us very bad experience every thing was sooo bad and uncomfortable …air conditioner not working they promis to fix but didn’t so we stay at hot room for 4 days ,,rooms not clean ,,away from the central you have to take tram and metro about 40 min ,,,the worst motel I stayed in .

We are extremely happy with our stay at the hotel, the hygiene is on the highest level , every day the linen and towels were changed, the room cleaned and the bath cosmetic replenished. The furniture looks nice and new, the bed is extremely big - literally 3 people can sleep on it, the matrice is super comfortable. You get full set of bathroom accessories, even tooth brush and toothpaste, also sleppers. The hotel personal and the guys on the reception are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. They called our taxi, gave us water for free and even accommodated us earlier , at 11 a.m. as our plane arrived very early. We are so glad to have found that super hotel and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you dear Autosole staff, you are amazing! There is nothing, everything was top.

We had 2 main criteria for a place to stay in Milan - parking garage and accessibility to public transport so we dont have to drive around in the hectic city of Milan. This hotel offers both - so it 100% met out expectation. The staff was very friendly too! parking garage needs a good clean - it was full of litter and some spillage..
