That it was 24/7 Upon arrival, the staff was disrespectful. He said that he would have to charge us an extra €25 because we had with us an extra person and when we had asked, would that include getting a bigger room for paying extra he said no. Know we did not mind that much and we went ahead and paid extra but then after that getting into the room, we had found out that the AC was not working and when we had went to talk to him, he said that you had to pay an extra five euros, even though in the description, it said that AC was included in the room with the booking that we had done and after going back-and-forth, we had paid the extra five euros only to find out that the AC was barely even working and was completely filthy in the inside. Also to note the room was completely disastrous ad filthy would definitely not recommend.

The only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff. The lady during the day and especially the man at night were polite and very helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was absolutely terrible. The door didn’t feel safe, and the windows couldn’t close properly. Breakfast was served in the reception area with just two small tables — a croissant and coffee or tea, and that’s it. Nothing else. But the biggest problem was the smell. The entire room — the towels, pillows, blanket, and even the air — had a horrible, dusty odor. It was everywhere. Because of my allergies, I started coughing from the first night and couldn’t sleep at all. When I reported this, the staff brought an ozone machine to “clean” the air, but it made no difference. The smell, especially from the bathroom, was unbearable — as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. The next day I asked to change rooms because the condition clearly did not match what was shown on Booking. They told me all rooms were sold out and refused to help. The cleaner only sprayed air freshener, which didn’t solve anything. For all four nights of my stay, I couldn’t rest, breathe properly, or sleep because of the awful smell and dust. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend other travelers to avoid this place, even if the price seems low. It’s not worth your health or your sleep. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this property — it completely fails to meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards.
