It wasn't too far from the centre of town for walking and it was close to the venue I went to for a concert. The hotel also had a nice selection for breakfast They overcharged me for tourist tax and charged me €20 instead of €10 and when leaving they tried to charge me for the bar which I never used. The shower is also very confusing to use.

One receptionist - Paola - was easy to speak with. The shower was fascinating, and we appreciated the shampoo and body wash samples and the slippers provided in the room. The window had automated shutters that blocked out city light, which was helpful, and the top half had a screen to keep out mosquitos, which was helpful since November in Italy does mean mosquitos. There are parks nearby and it's not far of a taxi ride to Linate airport. We did not opt in to the breakfast, so we can't comment about that. We felt misled. We booked this hotel because Booking.com says there's an airport shuttle, but when we asked we were told there wasn't an airport shuttle on the day we were leaving. They promised to book us a taxi, but when we came down to reception at the appointed time, no one had called the taxi. Luckily they called then and one arrived in less than 5 minutes. Our room also had a pamphlet which mentioned the hotel restaurant, which reception then told us didn't exist. We were recommended a handful of nearby restaurants, most of which were closed because it was Monday. (Fortunately the Lebanese restaurant they mentioned was open and had delicious food.) The room was strangely hot - not what we were expecting in November. It was stuffy and warm even when we turned off the heat - we had to keep the window open at least a little or it started to feel suffocating. The shower has many settings and is fun to use, but was slow to drain. And not surprising - I could see hair clogging the drain below the drain grate. Gross. We put a "do not disturb"/"do not clean our room" sign on our door when we went out, but when we returned we found that cleaning had come through, moved around some of our things, tidied up, and changed the towels even though we had left our towels hanging to dry in the bathroom to be reused. This is even with their sign stating they only change towels on the floor to reduce wastefulness. While one receptionist was friendly, the other two we spoke with were more standoffish. When I asked on our last night if they could send out my pre-stamped postcards with their mail, one receptionist told me to ask his colleague the next day. He was the only employee I saw the next day. (Luckily there were post drops in the airport.) It's a bit of a walk from MiHotel to busses, trams, and the metro, but we had been willing to deal with that for other conveniences...which weren't available.

Location near the venue I needed to be. There was a lot of dust and hair on the floor. Got excited about the massage shower column but it didn't work.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Comfortable facilities. Largest bathroom I have stayed in in Italy. Quiet area. A little away from the train station approximately 16-20 depending on the traffic. Could be closer to the train station.

I didnt like that your offer for the stay was fake because the gym was not working , the spa was also not working and the pool as well !

I stayed here for 3 days and was very impressed with the cleanliness. Shower was very hot, with great pressure. Staff was very attentive and personal. The hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk from an awesome grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

A brief but perfectly adequate breakfast as i had not much time. An excellent espresso !! No dislikes
