Beds very uncomfortable and room smelled cigarette smoke

Didn’t get any sleep because it was so loud from 9:00 PM until around 2:30 AM with people inside the hotel yelling loudly every 15mins. Sadly then I had to leave for the airport early at 4:00 AM.

It was dirty and uncomfortable. The receptionist was not friendly. The breakfast was old.

Amenity around the hotel was good. Restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Facility was quite dated and may need some upgrading. There are signs or wear and tears on the interior room finish. No elevator with means if you have big luggage it will be good workout. The functionality of the bathroom can be improve.

Very very old hotel,, rooms are small and old furniture, not recommended at all You can 50 $ and stay in very nice hotel then this dirty one

Good breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable room, service and guidance also valid, good access to get around by bus since the stop to go to the center is in front of the lodging

Parking!! I didn’t like the breakfast !!

The staff was very nice and helped us navigate the area and also fixed us a nice cappuccino in the morning. It’s right across the street from a tram stop Property is old and decorated in Art deco style. It needs to be updated. But would probably cost too much. It’s a bit noisy with the tram stop.

Some of them didn't speak any English, but they succeeded in trasmiting what was important. The pillow was way too big and hard, the mattress was a little going towards the middle of the bed. I saw some ants on the floor and bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and noise level was good. It was so convenient to the light rail to the Duomo. Parking is included and so is a continental breakfast. They make a wonderful cappucino. The hotel is a bit run down and old fashioned. The neighborhood felt safe but not in a beautiful neighborhood.

The hotel is in a good location. With tram 24 you can go to the center in 20 minutes. Everything is clean. The staff is nice. The bathroom has a great shower and it's big. You have air conditioning. The parking is free! The big supermarket is 10 minutes walk. It's old and if you get a room to the street it is very noisy. The breakfast is really small and almost nothing to choose. The air conditioning in the room is a problem. You can't set it up. It's too cold or too hot in the summer. There is no elevator. There is no value for money.

Tram station was directly across the street, free onsite parking, convenience store next door for some cold drinks and snacks, breakfast in the morning, and AIR CONDITIONING!

I like the staff, they were so helpful even in my crisis when I lost my bag ? at metro station. Breakfast in the morning felt so good and daily room service keeps you sorted all the time. I didn’t like the location, although it is well connected via Tram but metro stations are lilttle bit far away.
