Very nice little hotel. We needed to stay close to the Bocconi University and this was 10 minutes walk. Estefania in the reception gave us an early check-in which was great. Very clean room and bathroom.

A bit old and worn but clean.

We had a problem with late check in, got a response morning before coming to location. Receptionists were not really interested in their work. Our bathroom was across the room and we didn't know it's gonna be like that.

It was well located and the staff are very nice and helpful When i first came the trash can in the toilet had not been emptied and there was old hair on the bed sheets, but when i mentioned this to the staff they fixed it right away

Staff was very(!) friendly, location was decent, bed was comfortable! There was black mold in the shower, but most surprisingly on the shower head. The place is also very noisy, we could hear everything from the rooms next to us and above us. Just the noise is fine, it's kind of to be expected from a place in this price range, but the showers were unacceptable.

Good location, also pretty quiet and good for my sleep, pleasant staff, clean comfortable room. The bed was too small.

Room was perfect for one person. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice balcony. Near a tram station for public transport. Nice staff. Has a safe in the room. Pillow was not very good, walls were thin. Minor issues though.

Absolutely horrible communication. messages are being responded with significant delay ( emailed questions at 8 pm, response came next day around 4pm) and not relevant any longer.

The room was good and very clean, there was a coffee machine, a small fridge, and TV screen. The pillow wasn't comfortable, and I couldn't sleep well, the AC wasn't working well, the first day I asked for not having room service and there wasn't any sign I can hang it on the door but after I came back I found many things have been changed in the room, I asked again then they paid attention and no room service came again. Good neighborhood. Location is far from the center, but transportations are available, 10 minutes walking to the metro station, and 5 minutes to the tram.
