The balcony was spacious and the provided table and chairs were great for a quiet lunch. Having to walk up a flight of stairs just to get to the elevator which will only hold 4 very thin people, which I am not. This hotel is not handicap friendly The shower is extremely small and I was unable to bend down enough to properly wash my legs and feet. Also, there is no provision for a holding tray for a razor, soap, or shampoo.

The hotel is very basic! The lift didn’t work and had to climb up 6 set of stairs and on the day it did work we got stuck in the lift with no help and has to wait for passer by to help and heard is luckily! We had to come by our self! Staff didnot speak English! The WiFi doesn’t work efficiently!

It is a good location by side of the metro. It is an old hotel, should have some renovation. It was not possible to come inside of the building night late and had no information how to access it. We took 10 minutes to pushed all bottom available to find out the reception answered.

Nothing was good in this hotel service was bad and even there was insects in toilet and this star hotel the guy in reception only speak Italian we travel a lot and this hotel was nightmare and this is my 1st bad review about any hotel Everything

The staff is friendly. The room is very narrow, it was difficult to turn left and right in the bathroom. The location is good.

It is normal building and on the last floor was an apartment with rooms , look like this for me, Staff is good , Breakfast is bad

I've stayed here several times for work. Each room depending on size has a little balcony or small terrace. I took a room with a larger bed that had a terrace. The staff are always kind and accommodating. I know the hotel well so the value for money and accommodation meet my expectations.

It’s a bed and a locked door Tiny room, tiny bathroom, hairs in the sink, needed to step over the toilet to get to the shower which was the smallest shower I have ever seen. Very thin walls so could hear the whole night’s fun and games in the next room.
