Nice hotel, good amenities and clean. Close to the Porta Romana station so everything is reachable, even good walking distance from the city center.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great for our Last night in Milan and close to our daughter. The rooms were very noisy and super small. The bathroom and shower were extremely small. It was not as clean as I would expect. The room was very warm and the AC was not working at all.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Great location. Porta Romana area has lots of great restaurants and other amenities. Room was quite small and the bathroom was very small. Pictures online didn’t express this accurately.

Staff very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome. Single room bed was wider than twin and comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The hotel has no elevator. This was only a problem on arrival and departure as there are no rooms more than one flight of stairs up.

Really good location, 3 metro stops from the Duomo. Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Good breakfast. Only complaint is that when you come later to breakfast, not all the food is available. More frequent replenishment of the food is necessary.

The location and staff are very helpful, especially Luciano.. The room was clean every day. The only thing is no iron and ironing board that we can use during our stay.

Good selection for breakfast, 24:7 receptionist available, Walls are paper thin and you can hear what your neighbouring rooms are saying/doing.

Very friendly staff, very clean bathroom with good shower, only five mins walk from the metro, excellent coffee at breakfast Not soundproof - you could hear other guests walking down the corridor late at night. Breakfast was a very basic buffet with no vegan options (even though we wrote in advance to say we were vegan) so we had fruit and plain toast with jam. There is no elevator - this was tricky with a baby and large suitcase. If the stay were cheaper I would have reviewed this higher but it didn't feel like good value for money.

The property is very well located and the staff was very nice , they offered us a parking place free of charge for 1 night. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are a bit outdated and very small as well. The breakfast was very nice .. we liked it a lot!
