Great place. They send you the online check in the same day as we were suppose to arrive. And via Whats app, which always looks sketchy from a foreign country number. If you are a tourist, you wouldn't want to spend time on that.

The location is a mere 20 from the centrum with the metro in front of your door. The staff will help you out as good as they can, and having a washing hub for clothes is really excellent for longer stays. The lack of vacuum or cleaning supplies meant that the floor would get dirty over time. The lack of a couch or TV makes for lack of private relaxing spots, but that's a minor complaint.

Clean and modern Room is advertised with a kitchenette but there is not a SINGLE thing in the cupboards - can’t boil a kettle fr tea (or use a cup to drink from) or use a utensil for food. I asked at the front desk and was given a paper cup & told to visit the kitchen on lvl 5 which I did but it was also completely empty Bed was also NOT comfortable with only one small pillow, a single sheet, and a coverless duvet. I woke up sore in my body. Also wifi is via a third party sign up and only allows for one device with a pay extra option to add another. The room was not very soundproof but luckily not too much activity in the hallways when I was there. Inside, there is constant noise from air con and fridge. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend☹️

It wasn’t a far walk from the centre which i found was really good for the price there’s also public transport outside Loved it all!
