HD8 Hotel Milano

I had a great stay! I don’t understand how there are any negative reviews of this hotel. The room was clean and very nice. The staff, were very friendly and helpful.

My room is not only immaculate but of good design including lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the ladies at the reception gave misleading information about transportation to make us choose their taxi services. The pillows were not comfortable.

Breakfast good and location is great very small rooms

What I loved most about the property was its location. Additionally, the team was very kind and helpful I wish the air conditioning could have been set to a colder temperature

Excellent location for an overnight stay in Milan. Spacious room, very clean and most important, excellent air-conditioning for the high temperatures outside. Staff were very helpful on check-in, access to room was very easy, plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Nothing. It was all good.

Bed - too hard for my liking but hey - Maybe the young travelers prefer stiffer beds.

Maybe the bed and pillow were not that much comfortable. Weird configuration of the room. The size allows to make it a separated bathroom, but they have a sink in.room itself, shower with a plastic curtain. Happily the toilet had a door.

Nothing. The sink, shower and toilet/bidet were all separate, a funky type of set up, but it worked.

Very convenient location, very comfortable room, great value for money. Kind and helpful staff, espcially receptionst, Alessandra. She was very kind, very positive and helpful, provided me with all needed information. I will definetly recommend and will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, and we truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were excellent quality, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was well maintained and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, literally right in front of Milano Centrale train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone arriving by train or planning day trips. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! No

Close to station, friendly staff No complimentary water in room, no coffee/tea in room. Tiny shampoo bottle. Me and my son had to share the only bath towel in the room. I thought it was all poor value for the price.

The hallways to get to the room are darker. They have move sensors but turn up after few steps in darkness. Paint and carpet in dark colors make look dark.

We loved the view of our room, the accessibility of the location was amazing as well Nothing at all.

Reception and check-in were excellent and reception staff always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the 11th floor overlooking the monumental Milano Centrale was really excellent. Service there was also great thanks to the wonderful service provided by Kenny, Irish and Shayi who were so kind and sunny! the location of the hotel is fantastic--easy to get anywhere you want to go in Milano and some great restaurants, shops and sights right on your doorstep. Thanks for a great vacation HD8 Hotel Milan. You're the BEST!! NOTHING!
