The facility itself is not the best, but a great value for money!

The people working there are very nice. The room was clean and great! AC and a fun. Bus stations all over the place easy to move in that big city

Hotel close to city center and metro station, comfortable bad, good size of room and bathroom, all like in description. People from reception very kind and ready to provide all needed information. the room have no fridge and this is the main gap especially when is it very warm and you cannot keep the water cool, even if can use the fridge from reception. Missing of breakfast from offer is not a problem because you have some good option veryclose to the hotel.

Organised and clean facilities ! Staff super helpful and a great option if you need to go to Linate airport early in the morning A little bit noisy, but totally manageable

Incredible breakfast, extremely generous and helpful service at reception. Also lovely decor, very inviting and warm interior altogether. Bedroom was an excellent size, bathroom likewise very comfortable.

It was great for a short stay. The staff was friendly. Very clean. House keeping came while we were out and did NOT steal anything unlike some hotels in America. Very responsible price wise. I would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like the towels. They look cleaned but had a really strong vinegar smell so that was unpleasant

Clean and quiet. Plenty of hot water in sink and shower with great water pressure. Nice soap dispensers at sink and shower. Hot radiator in the bathroom. Water kettle and coffee packets and some biscuits were a very nice touch. Easy to use plugs for charging cell phone near bed. Staff is always friendly and included metro map and handout for sightseeing even though I didn't need it. Close enough to Loreto metro. No water kettle plug at the desk. I had to move it to the night stand.

The shower head was dirty so water shot out in all directions. Use able but could have been clean.

it was quite and close yo the metro they didn’t have enough amenities I felt cold at night i couldn’t find blanket :(
