Location The door lock was broken and it felt a bit unsafe. To get inside the building there are 2 sets of gates to enter though, and there is 24/7 reception. The shower was a bit mouldy too.

Location was wonderful, close to metro and tram stops, super close to Milano Centrale. Staff was super helpful, specially the guy from Egypt, he really took care of us. Shower could be better cleaned

The location is good close to Duomo di Milano and the Metro The toilet was in poor conditions the shower head was leaking water all over the places, there was mould between the tiles of the shower.
