I LOVED the modernity of the hotel! It was super new and clean! We loved the decor and design. I was central and right on Corso Buenos Ares. Plus, it had a great breakfast and literally in front of a metro station (50 ft away) from the main entrance. It was super close to the train station (under 10 mins) and has everything you need for a trip in Milan. Honestly nothing. It was perfect BUT it could have been a little less black decor inside the hotel but overall nothing major.

Good location right next to metro station and various shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and facilities were clean. There was no bar.

Perfect location As a solo mother traveling with my toddler, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by this 4-star hotel. The hotel does not provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste, which is unexpected for a property in this category. In addition, the hair dryer in my room was not working. I tried calling reception several times, but the phone line appeared to have an issue. I then went to the reception desk in person to report the problem, yet no action was taken and the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. The most disappointing experience occurred at check-out. As I was traveling alone with my toddler, I requested assistance with my luggage and was told that someone would help. Unfortunately, no assistance was provided. After waiting, I eventually had to ask my Uber driver to come inside the hotel and help me with the luggage himself. While the reception staff were generally friendly and pleasant, the overall service fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Greater professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to guests’ needs would significantly improve the experience.

The location is amazing. The standard of the hotel was very high. The room was very nice. The bed was not so comfortable. The sheets were so tight, I could barely move. I was also cold.

Perfect location, close to main attractions and also Metro station right in front of the door if you need. Very modern and feels new, great taste in decoration and very good breakfast.
