Ai Suma Hotel

Superb

Good location Aircon did not work and dropped on to our bed. We told a man at reception and nothing was done. It then leaked overnight on to us. Another man at reception did not seem surprised when we mentioned it in the morning, but he did say sorry. Also we were not told there were going to be major renovations when we booked and the hotel was then closed the day we checked out. Hopefully it will be better after.

Exceptional

The location and room were fabulous but what really stood out was the exceptional breakfast on offer! The best we’ve had in Italy!

The room was really lovely, stylish and comfortable. The mattress was great as was the shower. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants with a metro line within 50m. Not applicable

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, good location There are renovations in the building, not that they interfere with anything, just saying , otherwise everything is perfect

Inside the room is comfortable, bed most of all. The breakfast is nice but we are gluten free and even though they asked ahead of time they did not provide options. The air conditioning effective but it was loud inside the room and at times made hissing, gurgling, screeching, and drain clearing sounds. The high wooding ceilings are very nice. At night it feels safe but I found it odd that they lock you into the building and you need to buzz the front desk to be let in from the street. The hotel is situated a level above street and is very difficult to find. There is extensive construction surrounding the hotel, on the walkways, and you literally look through scaffolding from your window. whenever you leave your room you enter this construction zone.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was big and nice furnished. The hotel was in an inner courtyard and in a street with no traffic. So it was quiet.

Breakfast was very good! There was some construction going on, and the street is quite noisy in the early morning because of trash collections from the restaurants near the hotel.

The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, there was very efficient A/C and a good modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and delicious croissants. It was close to lots of restaurants and bars and a lovely large park. Also easy walking distance to the Centrale station. Only 9 mins on the metro (v close by) to the Duomo. Highly recommend It is currently covered in scaffolding otherwise perfect

Location and breadkfast are good. This is a very irresponsible hotel. It's UNDER CONSTRUCTION while still opening to guests. If there is fire or electricity hazard, it's not comfortness we are talking about, but cost of human lives!!! I've never seen such greedy behaviours, craving for money, ignoring all the risks!!! It's absolutely not pleasant to stay, airco not working properly while it's 38 degree outside! Water pipes keep on making strange noise due to the construction! Plus, corridor is so messy that you can't even walk on it!!
