Overall clean. Despite being listed as a 1 star hotel, it has an elevator and 24h open reception. They provide bed sheets, toilet paper and hand soap Hotel staff (at least the night staff I interacted with) doesn't speak any italian. Price per night is very high compared to the amenities offered and overall quality of the room

Just the locatIon was good and near to the subway station Room smell was very bad, the toilet door was very old and broken, some scraps were on the blanket and the mattress was very uncomfortable, also we could not sleep at all because from 2:00 A.M - 4:00 A.M we heard the sound of yieling one of the women who was a resident there

It was really close to the metro station, and there was a market open 24/7, along with other facilities. So, everything was great.

I stayed for one night. The room was quiet and the location close to the subway station was very convenient. Overall, it was fine for a short stay. The ceiling light bulb needs replacing.

Room facing the back and at the end of the corridor so reasonably quiet Room cold. Bathroom has hair in shower and sink. Sliding door did not shut properly. The ceiling light bulb failed and needs replacing. The golden question I always ask myself after a stay is, would I return for a second stay, now in the knowledge I would sadly not. Sorry !

It was a very nice hotel, in a very convenient location! On city trips, like this one in Milan, it is always important for me to be near a metro station, so I can hop on the train and be in the city center in less than a couple of minutes! Very important! The hotel was really close to the M3, which connects me right to the City centre of Milan, the Duomo. I can't complain! Everything was absolutely lovely!

When I red the bad comments I was thinking to cancel my reservation. But I didn’t. I stayed 28March to 1 April 2025. Most of the comments completely wrong. Hotel was clean and new. The door had key. Location was good hotel is near the metro access and 4 stop to go Duomo. And staff very helpful. Wifi is weak.

The location They don’t answer messages or worry about anything. It’s not worth it. There are much better accommodations for this price. I will never book here again
