The location is very good, in a quiet central area, with the supermarket right next to us, and bus and tram and metro stations really close. The bed is veery comfy, the towels were very welcomed and proper quality, the AC made the entire difference, the staff was very nice and helpful when the shower head broke down. We had plenty of room, and everything was really nice and comfy. There was no curtain on the shower, we were kinda splashing water everywhere, and there can be quite some noise from the hallway (but that's due to other guests and the phone ringing) The mini fridge is also kinda small, but it's pretty standard. We removed the shelves temporarily to fit some big bottles of water. We also found there was some sort of wasps hive in the wood covering the balcony, but they did not bother us at all. Would be nice for every room to have two chairs on the balcony ? but only one of us was smoking so we made it work.

Our stay in Milan was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. What made our stay especially memorable was Kirsten. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, and her hospitality really stood out. One morning, she helped us with the coffee and made sure we were all set for the day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We even happened to run into her at the grocery store, and she took the time to help us there as well. It’s rare to meet a host who genuinely cares so much about their guests, and those little moments made a huge difference. Kirsten’s warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help made our trip even more enjoyable. Her hospitality truly made the stay, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you for making our trip so special! n/a

Large spacious rooms with fridge stocked with water. Clean bedroom and bathroom with mini toiletries. Breakfast bites can be taken back to the room to eat.

studio room was massive! Spacious, bright room, good shower, super comfortable bed. Nice building looks like an old mansion. No reception! You only get a message after booking, saying what times there will be someone there. Fortunately I arrived when the cleaning staff could let me in but won't work for people landing late, etc. Breakfast is a bit strange (some pastries and a nespresso in a public area but nowhere to sit)

Loved the location. I would say it was quite close to the Metro that leads to the Duomo and city center. Also, it was right in front of the supermarket. The room we got was MEGA spacious, you could fit an entire family in it. They also provided a small breakfast for guests which we really appreciated. I suppose that it was self-checkin and out. But nothing major.

The location next to the metro and public transportation was perfect the room was accessoried and clean
