Rooms are a while away from the reception.

The overnight guy was so discriminating and horrible. He didn’t know where my bag was as I checked it in earlier. He kept asking me “is this your bag!?? Like i was going to take someone else’s. And was rude to my friend who dropped me to the place. The second night he was super rude, he mistreated me, refused to give me the pin of the door and didn’t allow my friend to stay at the reception or to go to the toilet even!!! He litterly kicked her out.

Perfect, the shared bathrooms were very clean

The coffee from the bar was great ( it is a mini bar on the ground floor). Everything was ok - nice staff, room cleaning, comfortable beds, location near the station centrale - 10 min, Duomo di Milano - 30 min walking. Thank you, Due Giardini!

Leaving at 5 AM The area, the book in process, the building, the noise the feeling of being very unsafe with my wife and teenage daughter.

There was no full length mirror , only 2 hangers , no parking available . Noise from everting ( doors , lights (off and on), neighbours ) and everywhere ( construction workers will wake u up , so no need to set alarm , at night u will experience street life night life , but from you bed ) … The shared bathroom was for both men and women. Pillows and mattress were very hard . No proper sleeping blanket .

The hotel has a garden which is delightful as a place to have breakfast coffee, with a resident tortoise. The room was minimalist but perfectly suitable for an overnight stay

It's not necessarily a negative comment, but if you have neighbors right next to one of the rooms and they are more vocal, you can hear them quite clearly.
