Hotel Eden

Walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station. Staff staring at cell phones when you walk out. Not paying attention sleepy. I passed by one of them staring at a phone on the way out and he had to chase me down the street because you need to leave the key to have the room cleaned. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:30; one day sleepy overnight staff was late setting it up.

Not bad for short stay No comfort for families. Room was dirty, heating was dead. Very noisy.

Location was nice, close to the Central station and Lima station (red metro line) The rooms were very old style. The water was dripping from the ceiling to the bed. It was a very high season for Milano and the hotel prices were 4 times expensive.

We all got bed bug bites!!! This room cost $200 a night and we all came home with bed bugs. I'm going to ask for a full refund.

Friendly staff. Clean. Very old hotel that needs maintenance. Price is very high for such a old state place even in Milan. Our room was built for clients using wheelchair but is on the first floor with no elevator.

Good staff, they reserved the room at the top floor that is big and very comfortable for a family. Super clean towels that appeared new. Good sheets too The price can be better but since we got that big room it was ok

Nothing. Bad location close to Milano Centre. Everything. Bad location near Milano central. Did not feel safe. Bathroom had black mold. Bed was hard as a rock. Had to carry my bags upstairs as the lift wasn’t working.

Easy walk to attractions. Comfortable room. Staff were happy to help. Couldn't use the heater at all.

Proximity to the central station It was dated. You needed to use stairs to get to your room. It’s difficult when trying to carry luggage. The stairs are old and uneven. Considering the price charged, it was too expensive for what they were offering

There is good 2 star hotel , not far from the train station and the busses to/from airports and city center. The facilities are not new , but work good. I took very warm shower and slept good during the night. The breakfast is basic , but there is enough food for a morning. Good value of money hotel. Very helpful staff, like it ! Nothing...
