It was very close to the station, and it was very quiet and peaceful. From the entrance you have to go down the stairs with your suitcase to the reception, also, tere was no air conditioning in the room.

The receipt I received did not mention the dates of my stay at the property. Since I needed these dates for reimbursement, I sent him at least six emails in English, as well as in Italian, asking him to confirm the days I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, I never received any response.

But... I forgot my medicine in the drawer of the bedside table and it has been impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email so that I could retrieve it. That's not good enough!

Nice staff and the place is comfortable and quiet. Room is too dark, lights are not so brigh. The ambiance is a little bit sad. The floor is a little bit sticky but the room is clean. ❤️

The location is easy access to everywhere via metro but the street of the hotel is not fancy. Although he doesn't speak English, the receptionist is a good person. If you ever have to stay here just get some olive bread from the bakery on the next corner and have only coffee from the hotel's breakfast. too old hotel and the furniture not clean except for bedsheets. no English poor consumables provided; soap & shampoo. poor breakfast

nothing at all it was very cold no heating at all and staff don’t speak English the rooms the linen the bathroom everything smell really bad and it was very cold inside the room when I asked the staff he said the heating is not working in the hotel I had paid so much money for this hotel and it was really horrendous
