Very friendly family with lovely dogs. Very clean and quiet place to stay in the busy city. Great breakfast on the terrace and lovely omelettes. Great aircon and cute balcony. Very central for station but far enough away to feel very safe in the evening sampling the nightlife. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby as well as great shops Nothing…..having to leave!!!!

Comfortable and clean room, Flavia and her parents were excellent hosts, lovely breakfast in an attractive outdoor setting Two flights of steep stairs, albeit we knew this at the time of booking.

First, the host. they are super nice! super attentive on what you need! over all experience was best. And most of all, the owner of the house, they are awesome.!!! nothing to say.

The lovely warm welcome by Flavia and her family, the idyllic garden setting for the exquisite breakfast and the traditional Milan house. The friendly doggie welcome too! Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Lovely place to stay. Teodora, Flavio and Flavia are exceptional hosts. Teodora is an exceptional cook, and made us breakfast each morning...wow! The garden patio is quaint, and a special place to eat breakfast and listen to the birds. It reminded me of a tea party, with all of Teodora's treats. There is ac and the rooms are clean. Located close to everything. Nothing, everything was great.

Beautiful bed and breakfast very convenient for Milan central station. We were able to check in early which was very kind of the lovely owners. Really lovely breakfast on the terrace in the morning and also able to leave our luggage after check out time. Really felt welcomed into this beautiful family home and wonderful recommendation of local regional restaurant Pane al Pane Vino al Vino to dine- had both dinner and lunch here!! Would highly recommend and hope to be back. Only very slight point- would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Exceptional visit.

Great location. beautiful family, garden in backyard for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. We were sorry we could have only one since our flight the next day was early, but the hosts packed us a travel bag of water, orange juice , muffins and biscuits. very sweet

The garden is beautiful! Flavia and family are lovely people who made us feel right at home. They even have two very sweet dogs that greeted us when we arrived. The location is perfect with easy access to train stations, restaurants, and cafes. When we arrived on Saturday, there was a market right out front. The bedroom has a small balcony with two chairs and a table that overlooks a beautiful Italian view. The breakfast was delicious and had a spread of juices, coffee, eggs, fruits, jams, toast, and cheeses. Honestly, everything was amazing. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend! Nothing. Everything was perfect!
