The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The location was great, there was a supermarket near by and it was 30 min walk from the center. no. It was ok. The hotel met my expectations.

The room was bigger than I expected. Great location near the Politecnico. Sheets weren't clean, the room smelled like mold. The AC didn't work and you could hear people from other rooms talking.

No 24/7 reception. You need to call them at the hotel door to receive a password to the lock box to get your keys. This was not communicated beforehand.

The accommodation was extremely cold — it was impossible to sleep at night due to the low temperature. Upon arrival, I also found a large amount of trash left inside the bedside table, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a significant amount of rust. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable to even touch the faucets. Additionally, the room had no proper window — it felt like a mock window rather than a real one — and there was no adequate lighting, making the space very dark. There were also visible stains on the ceiling, as if from previous water damage or flooding. Overall, the room looked terrible and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Only the location It’s not value for the price they don’t change your bed sheets it’s the same sheet just they arranged it and it’s not clean the toilet it smells it has bad smell

Location The mattress of the bed was very hard. I nearly couldn't sleep at all during the night. And inside of the room was very hot.
