Loved the location as we were able to go to local restaurants and shops without huge tourist crowds but still close and convenient to metro. Evelina was so friendly and helpful in every way, and the accommodations were perfect--clean, modern and nice.

The location is excellent – very close to central Milan and around 20 minutes from all the main attractions, which made getting around very easy. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, the room was extremely comfortable, and having a balcony where we could smoke was a big plus. It was also very good value for money. The host was amazing – very kind, responsive, and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and even prepared breakfast for us, making sure we had everything we needed. This really made our stay special. I would totally recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

+ Provided bottled water and hot water using kettle in common kitchen. + Provided recommendations of places to eat (of various cuisines). Enjoyed Restaurant La Piola + Facilities and cleanliness : very clean spacious toilet and room, good hair dryer and towels, comfy beds. Was able to accept credit card when collecting Tourist Tax. Heritage manual elevator present to help with luggage up to the apartment. + Neighborhood was peaceful to sleep through the night. Nice balcony to relax. None. Comfortable room in a lovely apartment in Milan. Evelina, Walter and Fernando were gracious, engaged hosts who really took the trouble to ensure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Terrific location for visiting the city. Nice neighborhood, close enough to the center, but far enough away from the crowds downtown. We felt we were able to experience a little taste of being local Milanese. Don't hesitate to book!! Nothing to dislike!

Hospitality of the host, location, clean and spacious room & bathroom

The host was incredible even driving us to the train station when the taxi never showed up. She also provided helpful information about Milan. The room was very comfortable with an excellent shower. While the location of the elevator was 7-8 steps up from the ground floor, the host was very helpful in lugging the suitcases up to the elevator. The location had its plus and minuses in that it was very quiet most of the time but the trip to the Metro was a little long for individual with mobility problems. For those of you that are fit this location is a plus. The breakfast was filling but lacked variety consisting of a croissant per person, yogurt, toast and cereal each morning. The fruit juice that was offered was great.
