Not too far from the Duomo and the metro stations and Tram stations is very close The noise of the Tram and room size is to small
-
Central location very clean, good breakfast. The rooms are incredibly small even for European standards and you struggle to even open your suitcase or walk around the bed. Fine for one night but way to cramped for a longer stay
-
The elevator from hotel main entrance to the lobby (reception) is out of order. You have to take down/take up your luggages by yourself by few stairs. This makes an access to the reception uncomfortable.

Breakfast was amazing, Staff was so friendly. The room was very small but for one night it was okay. Perfect location, nearby the metro to get to the city center The A/C was situated below the window and curtains, so at night you couldn't feel the A/C because it was blowing behind the curtains

Very good breakfast, good location, about 30-min walk from piazza Duomo, however there are different ways of public transport to get there. The room was clean and comfy. The only problem was air-conditioning - there was not any in the bathroom and the one in the room was too noisy and we had to switch it off, due to this it was quite hot in there.

Good location and breakfast. Too narrow room for quadruple visitors.

A very good breakfast, very clean. Overall very good place to a brief stay. In our case w night. Too small rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the Wagner metro station and the M1 line easily connects to the M2 and M3 lines. The room we were given was a bit on the small side but adequate. Don't unpack things you won't be using and you'll be OK. The breakfast is quite good and the rooftop location was great. Everyone of the staff that we interacted with, from reception to the breakfast service, was very friendly and helpful. The front desk will call a taxi for you if you need one. Uber rides can be expensive. You might notice that the tram line running passing in front of the hotel a bit noisy. They do stop running after midnight it that helps. On the plus side, you can take the tram #16 right into the heart of the city's attractions.

coffee and croissant at breakfast The room was very noisy, from about 5 a.m. I could not sleep because every time a tramway passed the hotel the noise was very loud and I felt vibrations. Even with earplugs I was woken up that early. When I complained, the hotel staff said the only option is to upgrade to a suite but pay an extra 150 EUR per night! That was unacceptable for me as I would not get the money reimbursed as a business expense. No other option (calling other hotels, finding rooms), was offered and so I did not get any proper sleep for the whole 2 nights. All in all for the money I paid (126 EUR per night!) the experience was not enough. The hotel room was small and basic, breakfast (apart from coffee and croissant) was basic. Overall the price is too high for a three star hotel.

We had a very good stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time in Milan. The room was comfortable, clean, and well located, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The only negative point was that around 7:00 in the morning, a member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to start cleaning. This was quite unpleasant and startling, as we were still inside the room.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the Metro with connections to everywhere. Reception Staff was beyond excellent. From the beginning they made it feel like home, warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was breakfast on the terrace. Outstanding staff and food. Really impressed with the hospitality and facility. The only disappointment is we had to leave but this hotel is number one for a repeat next year
