Location perfect, room large, bed comfortable. Will stay again. AC needs maintenance. During the summer it is not performing well, it was difficult to sleep.

Great property, everything nicely organized, towels are new , bedding is new and clean, which is the most important to me and very appreciated. I was missing the bath tub though but it’s not a big deal ?

Nothing Not clean , and i made the reservation for my friends , and stay was for 2 nights , but because of the non cleanless they want to change the hotel and we made check out and hotel didnt accept to regund us at least the second night because of it is nom refundabke reservwrion , but the mistake was by hotel as the towels and the carpet wasent clean

Nothing The worst hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. The bedroom looks like an American motel from 1990. Mirrors everywhere in the bedroom. The shower was terrible. The water barely flows. The breakfast was in the room, but there wasn’t table to eat. I had to eat in the bed. The air conditioning didn’t work. The bedroom was small even to store the luggage. Worst experience ever. If I had read the reviews, I wouldn’t had chosen the hotel.

The shower cabin was very small, which made it a bit difficult to wash comfortably. The heating system was also quite loud, and that affected my sleep.

Very centrally located, close to the metro station, a grocery store and a gym. Wonderful staff and amazing breakfast. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Recommend!

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Milano. Close to the subway and with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. In my opinion this hotel does not qualify as a 4 star superior hotel . Rooms with carpeting and 1980s style furniture are unacceptable these days. The bathroom is small, the shower stall uncomfortable. Breakfast with no fresh bread, no fresh eggs or cereals, poor choice of cold cuts and cheeses. No vegetables. Urgent renovation and upgrade needed. The location is perfect. The staff was helpful.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro station, plus you have a shop very close. In terms of quality and price, it is disappointing. The room I stayed in did not have cable on the TV, it was probably just for show, there were only sockets in the room in the bathroom and near the mirror in the room. The reception staff at the reception were quite ok, they could work a little on friendliness, but I suppose the working hours speak for themselves. We asked for the wifi password, but it was not given to us. On the other hand, the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff were very friendly and professional.

Breckfast was fine I gave a note to the BKF guy how to improve the scrambled eggs. the rest was fine. the breckfast had foodstuff with label and other with none, you had to guess or ask the BKF guy..
