Location is great and Can keep our luggage before or after we check in and check out. Room is not great, bad bed, and Terrible breakfast. and restaurant staff is not accommodating.
-
Good location. The room looks decent at first but there was powder fallen from the walls in the corner. The bathroom maintenance was pathetic. Breakfast was provided but it was appalling. Better to have it outside.
-

Rooms were as pictured, and as a single traveler, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast every morning, with pastries/bread, yogurt, cereal, hardboiled eggs, sliced deli meat, cheeses, juices and hot drinks. Staff was very nice and was willing to hold a piece of luggage for me while I traveled elsewhere for a few days, but was returning to the hotel later. Internet worked fine for me. Decor is dated but it is as pictured. Some rooms may be a bit noisy if you're on the street side.

Great location, comfortable beds.

Nice location Bathroom was clean but mold in the shower and blow dryer would fall apart as I was using it

The location is excellent. Public transport is abundant nearby. The place is a bit run down and out dated. The room smelled of stale smoke from years ago. After airing out the smell would return as soon as you close the window. Out dated furnishings and strange room layout. Definitely a bit expensive for all of this.

The location was good for my interest in walking to the Navigli canal. I would not want to walk anywhere else around the hotel at night. The hotel was a bit run down.

Spacious, quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Close proximity to the Metro, taxi stand and easy walk to the canal area of bars and restaurants.

Great location. Close to the metro and the Naviglia area with many great restaurants and bars. Great ac. Fine for a short one night stay in Milan Hotel is a little old and tired looking. Breakfast was just ok. The bed could have been more comfortable

Acceptable breakfast Acceptable beds Very quiet area 20 min away from center by tram ( close to airport) Poor internet connection

The location, the cleanliness & the nice staff Breakfast could have had more options

Facilities are old and worn out, hotel would require a full refurbishing, guess the 90 euro is for the location and not for the hotel

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Navigli — a lively and charming area with lots of restaurants, bars, and canals just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our overall stay pleasant. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection to start the day. However, the room itself was quite small and didn’t feel very comfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning detergent that wasn’t very pleasant, and unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected — I noticed some dust on top of the mirror and other small details that had been missed. With some improvements in cleanliness and room comfort, this place could be a much better experience, especially considering the fantastic location.
