Lovely staff and gorgeous hotel. I was only there Sunday to Monday so I missed the perfume experience!

Amazing style, unique experience, extremely clean, beautiful smell, spacious areas within hotel, nice outside area, highest quality of bedding and towels, highly professional personnel. Nothing I can mention.

I loved this hotel. It’s exactly the unique, boutique hotel vibe I was looking for. No grimy carpeting with hideous conference room furniture, it was clean and beautiful and punctuated with exquisite artwork. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended! The air conditioning in one of our two rooms wasn’t cooling and even though we notified them about it a few times it wasn’t resolved in the six days we were there. That and the fact that the breakfast ends at 10am-ish which I think is too early, are the only complaints I have. It’s still highly recommended.

It was a big room for us like a family of 4, super comfy and clean. The location can be a bit far but easy to take subways to navigate. There is a mid- long hair male reception staff was very impatient when at the check out, we asked if he can call an uber to the airport, he was rude and attitude towards us when I asked how long it would take to get the uber as we were afraid to be late for our flight. This is super disappointing as he ruined the entire stay over this amazing hotel.

Beautiful, unique hotel. Hotel suites are an excellent size and very comfortable. Staff very attentive and helpful. The leaking shower door, the dust under the coffee table, an old sock under the sofa.
-
Spacious, well designed and very comfortable. Lovely not having to walk through a formal hotel lobby

Spacious rooms with a lot of natural light even in bathroom. Bed supercomfort with additional pillow menu. Very good breakfast, plenty of fresh berries and fruits. We liked the design and non-standart architectural solutions. They have underground parking, so you do not need to look for parking nearby.

The breakfast was very good. The rooftop bar was fun. The hotel smelt lovely throughout. We had a lovely trip down to the canal for dinner, which was very buzzy on Saturday night. There was hardly any information given at check in, eg dining options, check out time etc. also the perfumery closed at 6pm but the info showed it closing at 7pm so we missed visiting it because we didn’t know this until too late. A shame as this was a key part of the hotel’s offering. The hotel seemed in a remote area until we googled what was around and realised the Canal Naviglinwas just down the road. Into like this would have been helpful on check in.
