No keys to locks, no internet, they close main doors at night and code to enter doesn't work.

It was very cheap, and the room is very big. The staff were friendly and gave us an extra sheet and pillow when we asked for it. The shared area is clean an convenient. The shower handle was broken, so it fell off everytime we tried to shower. The shower door did not close properly, so the floor got wet. It was surprisingly far from the metro stations.

Now I would like to talk about the things I really did not like. 1) The bed, especially the upper bunk. Is it really so difficult to add proper supports there so that people do not wake up every five minutes afraid of falling from the top bunk and breaking their bones? It was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, the bed squeaked incredibly loudly with every small movement. 2) We had a very unpleasant experience with the bar downstairs. One evening, after a long day, my mother and I went down to the bar just to have cappuccino and some snacks. I noticed that payment seemed to be available only by card, but I still asked the bartender to confirm it. He told us that we needed to follow a link and place the order there. So I did exactly that: I opened the website, found cappuccino on the menu, ordered two of them, then added some pie and fries. In the end, we waited for around 30 minutes and nothing happened. All the waiters simply kept walking past us until finally one man came over and asked what we were waiting for. I explained the situation, and he told us that no order had been placed at all, even though the money had already been charged from my card and I had a receipt. After that, the staff started arguing loudly with each other for around 20 minutes, giving strange looks to me and my mother, while nobody was actually trying to solve the problem. In the end, we received two cups of frothed milk instead of cappuccino and two pies. The issue is not even that we received the wrong order, but the way the whole situation was handled. Nobody could explain anything to us — they were simply arguing and making us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, almost nobody spoke English, even though you present yourselves as a community for creative young people from all around the world. Overall, this evening was completely ruined.

Easy to access and very spacious. Everything was cleaned on a daily basis basis and the metro & tram is within walking distance. We loved the common room / kitchen and also bathrooms were fine and clean. The bed in room 2 (very old bunk bed) is an absolute nightmare! One could not move without it making a lot of sound and the bed moving and being very unstable. Super super squeaky and very hard to get up and down. Also very unsafe feeling of sleeping on top without a side rail on such a slim mattress. Absolutely unacceptable. Curtains did not fully close and there is a very bright street lamp shining into the room.

Clean, calm for the most part. Very cool community spaces. We requested a female-only room and got paired with two other men in a 4 person room. Wasn’t what we wanted but we never spoke to them so it wasn’t a large issue.

Confusing at night to get in

Cute details, cozy interior Couldn’t figure out the wifi situation but that could have easily been my fault.

The Hostel was really comfortable and clean. They had to do maintenance for a day , so they refunded me the value of one day stay for the inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and I would definitely book this hostel again.

The location in Navigli was great, and the rooms were large. Very odd check-in system, no reception at all, all self check-in If there are any issues with check-in or other concerns there is no staff around. Beds have no curtains or privacy and there were no available lockers for our things. Very odd system where they host events downstairs that block off the hostel entrance, so security had to escort us to our floor.

It was clean, comfortable and safe. The room was actually quite large, so I barely noticed that others were there.

The lady at the reception was nice STAY AWAY! Worst experience yet, through booking. They scam people into believing you book a room with a private bathroom, but there is only a shared one! No compromise! No exchange! No Dialogue! They don't respond via WhatsApp/booking. The rooms are BARREN! There isn't even a chair. No wardrobe, no table, no chairs, no dresser/commode! They give you ONE TOWEL. The shared bathroom has broken faucets, dirty, years-old rags at the shower exit, broken locks, and soap dispensers missing/don't work. The stay there was atrocious. The shared bathroom window doesn't even have a cover, and a few buildings across can just watch you naked. The worst thing is the SCAM/FRAUD! I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom - they even provide a picture of the non-existent bathroom. The Pictures are also fake, you don't get ANY furnishings, just a NOT comfortable and noisy bed, with a pillow so old/used I preferred to sleep without it. A few of the "shared" spaces pictures are marked with room 1,2,3# to make you believe that's how your room will be furnished - NOPE. I paid a "premium" price, for which I could easily get a nice hotel stay, even closer to the city center, but was baited by their fake advertising. Half of the stuff they "list" as commodities is false! Even when I provided pictures/booking info through booking, they still refused to refund even part of the money I paid. They didn't want to speak neither with me about a compromise nor with Booking. I only received a few Euro travel credit from booking. From the property - NOTHING. Not even a sorry. STAY AWAY, Don't let crooks and frauds earn revenue!

The bar next to the hotel was great and the location was excellent. Near museums and nice, safe area. Walking distance to Navigli. The room was dated & felt very cheap, and there were bugs in the blanket on the bed. There was no duvet just a sheet and this blanket (and freezing cold in the night), and it seemed like the previous guest must have taken it outside, because when I woke up there were bugs (little white maggots and small flies) dirt & grass in my bed (I didn't check properly before getting into bed). It was horrible. There is no reception and no staff around at all, so I could only contact them through booking.com, but no one ever replied to me. After I checked out I contacted them to let them know that the blankets need to be washed, but they didn't reply. The kitchen /common room facilities were also outdated and not very clean. Not worth €120+ a night at all, it's more like a basic hostel.

The room was nice, though only one lamp worked so it was pretty dark. The place was clean. The person that greeted me and showed me the place was very nice. Apparently after a certain hour you need to go in through a creepy backdoor entrance. The first night I arrived at 2 am after a long delayed flight and I didn’t understand that, I thought my PIN code didn’t work so I went to find another place to stay, that part was my fault, I guess, even though they could have make it clearer. However, on the second night I did go to the back entrance and it was a really unpleasant experience. It’s basically a loading zone and really the last place you wanna be at night. I would never know where to go without the person who showed me around, how is it supposed to be self-check-in friendly? Then I came in and the place was empty (at 10:30 pm), besides 4-5 men who were working there. It would have been nice to have some kind of security, the place is supposed to be welcoming to solo travelers, that includes women. I also couldn’t find anyone when I had a problem with the bathroom, luckily it somehow got fixed. A place without a reception should be a little more user friendly and it really wasn’t. The location was okay, but it’s not really in Navigli.

Lack of face-to-face contact with staff particularly when arriving past 6pm More instructions about route to rooms

The rooms were stunning, and the prime location was perfect for connecting with creative individuals during our vibrant stay in Milan. With comfortable beds and pillows, a spotless room, and a beautiful setting, it was an exceptional experience. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Milan!

we did not had a pleasant stay it was more of a hostel I knew it was was not in center, but the whole location was off, seemed to be a "renovated" factory. around 10pm we wanted to head out for apparition but the gate was closed and were afraid if we head out how an we get in again we stayed only one night and for half of the time there was no electricity, which we were informed when we could not cancel the booking. when electricity was gone in the morning the smell from toilet was also spread out in room. the facility of the room itself was also poor, two low intensity stand light, no shower gel or shampoo, no cover for blankets,... as a icing on the top, we paid 60 Euros for one night parking in same complex (not sure if they are relevant)

Loved the fan, the cleaning staff were wonderful, and the atmosphere was great. I’m not sure. It was great.
