This apartment was a complete scam. I was supposed to receive the check in instructions at 3:00 p.m., but I never received anything. When I contacted the property, they told me they were "upgrading" me to a different apartment at another address that was farther from the city center. I specifically booked this apartment because of its location, so I did not want to be relocated. I explained that I wanted to stay at the original property I had booked, and they agreed. However, they later sent me the check in information for the new property anyway. I tried calling them several times after that, but they never answered. If you book an apartment, you expect to stay where you booked, not be moved somewhere else without your consent. This was extremely frustrating and misleading, and I would not recommend booking this property.

The address listed on booking.com is inaccurate and we were provided a different address, 1.5 km away, within an hour of checkin. The listing was misleading AND the manager messaged me to say they'd be upgrading us with a private bathroom and that was also false.

The booking was not honored. When we arrived late in the evening, there were no check-in instructions and no way to enter the building. We had to call repeatedly just to get minimal information. The host initially tried to relocate us to another property about 1.5 km away. At 22:30 at night, with two children and luggage, this was not a reasonable or acceptable alternative, so we refused. After that, communication became extremely poor—our calls and messages went unanswered for over an hour while we were left outside in the cold. With no support and no access to the booked accommodation, we had no choice but to find and pay for another place nearby on short notice. Despite all of this, the property refused to issue a refund, which is unacceptable given they did not provide the service we paid for. Overall, this shows a lack of organization, accountability, and basic hospitality standards.

We enjoyed the location of the apartment and street parking was avaliable. The property was listed as having a private bathroom, however, the bathroom is actually shared between two seperate apartments. This is important for families with children and should be clarified in the description.

Location is very close to Navigli area, but its beyond words just how horrible the place is inside We were shocked to find out that there is only one bathroom per floor, which is a shared. The whole place is dirty, with putrid smell

I booked the room for the same day at mid day. At time of checkin (literally in front of the facility), in late afternnon I was contacted saying there were some not very well-behaved guests and that therefore, in order to "help" us and ensure a comfortable stay they had relocated us to another facility - rather far from the original reservation and in a bad looking area of town and in a ugly and dirty room far from what the original picture displayed in the ad. I asked if I could cancel my booking and they said the booking was non-refundable - which was true but: If you know from the night before that the bad guests can jeopardise other guests' stays, why don't you either chuck the bad guests out or why don't you just stop advertising the room to prevent people from booking? it very much seemd like a "hook" type advertisement. They display the ad to be in a nice and central area of town with a nice looking room and then they relocate you elsewhere in a bad looking and smelly room. Without a toilet door, dust everywhere and in a basement type room with no natural light. Really poor experience. See pictures attached.

Great location and a pretty wide room. That’s all Where to start from? I paid 96€ for a room that didn’t respect the online description at all. I was promised a boiler and coffee maker which were just in the common area. The booking description promised a “quite street view” while the room was in the basement. Literally no window. No internet connection and poor Wi-Fi. No staff at all and just an automatic WhatsApp chat. But the most extraordinary gem was the host offering to not pay the accommodation tax in exchange for a 10/10 review, that I’m pretty sure is illegal.

When we arrived, there were several others waiting outside and no one there to check us in or assist. Several attempts made via phone with no response. I finally received the information for the room entry and it seems the owner had also texted it another thinking it was me. the owner finally sent someone, but he didn't help much. The other person's wife entered the room while we were trying to figure this out and she refuse to leave saying it was the owner's problem even though he said it was meant for us. The owner said, I had to go to another property or get a refund. After a long travel and had a tour booked and was pressed for time, we went to the other property, not realizing how far it was. we had to pay $20 euros for an Uber. Because of this problem, we missed our non-refundable tour which cost us $154eu. Another uber would have cost $70eu and Metro was a 20 min walk, I had specifically picked the location we needed to get our tour on time and close to other activities. No restaurants and nothing to do around the property. Ruined my trip to Milan.

The only thing I liked is that it’s in the heart of Milan, with easy access to many places. The bathroom was full of ants on the sink and the floor. The AC did not work and the room was extremely hot. There was also no mirror in the room. The cleanliness was poor, and the service was very bad. They replied very late to my calls and messages when I asked for help.

The room is fine. You have all what was listed. The check in instructions were clear and we found our room easily. We arrive at the address at 14:25 and were waiting for the check-in instructions which arrived on time. Sadly they told us that we got “upgraded” but the room would be in another dress only a few minutes away. In fact the property was 27min away with public transportation and not so close to the downtown. The main reason why I booked here was because of the near to the downtown. After arriving to the room I found a male underwater on top of the shower. We are only to women on the trip so ofc it wasn’t our. The internet never worked. I asked the staff to help me and answer one day after. The “fix” the internet but sadly didn’t work in any of our devices nether their own tv.
