Alberto is diamond he's very professional. The woman on reception during the day is beautiful Had problem with road being resurfaced but Alberto helped us get another room. We went a bit mad and apologize to all. Alberto was excellent he's good guy. Gregg . London

Nothing The room was extremely HOT and the front desk would not give us the remote for the AC unit. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street sweeper woke us up at midnight so we shut the window. The room was unbearable! I am a small woman and had a hard time fitting in the shower it was so small. The location is off the beaten path. We asked if we could store our luggage until the room was ready and we were told to leave it in the lobby in the corner which did not feel secure. Overall, completely dissatisfied!

Shower was very small. Expensive for type of Hotel. I was told everything was expensive because fashion week in Milan.

The location is a 20 minute walk to the Millan duomo. It was very quiet and clean. I have allergies and I did not like the air fresheners that they had in the room. They made me sneeze. The beds are very hard.

Just one night but it had all the amenities for a good night of rest.

Take 100 € for early check in nothing was clear from the reception. Time to early check in abut 13:00 two hours before time. A/C not cold and no Frigidaire in room

The location was amazing. The tram is just outside of the hotel. The hotel was clean They don’t have elevator. So be prepared to carry your own luggage. We carried our own luggage using the stairs since no one will help you there to carry your luggage.
