Really lovely hotel, and staff - especially Elton who greeted us when we arrived and took the time to show us our room and teach our son the room numbers in Italian. Little lobby area to get water/coffee. Hotel has a great place on its doorstep to get breakfast, Sfoorno.

I liked the water fountain, hot chocolate, the staff were very friendly and good location The shower head didn’t fit in the holder so had to hold it to have a shower

The location of the hotel is great, the cathedral and the train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram and bus. Quiet area, you can eat a delicious breakfast in the bakery located under the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice throughout.

Excellent value for money. Great customer service from the hotel team from start to finish. Really welcoming and helpful. Rooms had everything needed including air con and good WiFi. Location very good, with plenty of shops in the neighbourhood.

The staff were super helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome at once. The rooms were clean and the common space cosy. Above all, the location was great, with nice places and a tram and bus stop around the corner.

The guy in reception is absolute gold. Also there's a coffee and water station. Room was great Nothing. It's not super centric tho. Also there was not a cover so I was a bit cold with the AC had to turn it off

Comfortable beds, towels and bedsheets of very good quality, enough space in the room and in the bathroom, clean and quiet mini fridge in the room, reliable air conditioning system. On top of it all, well designed common areas with good coffe and water machines with pleasant illumonation. Last, but not least: excellent service, absolutely one of the top best that we have ever experienced (and we travel very often and since many years!). Great regards to all the staff members that we have encountered during our stay: you made it even more special to us! The walls in our room need some renovation and fresh paint, as there were quite a few scratches and small holes visible. The room assigned to us was in the wing of the building were there was no elevator, and the staircase wase quite narrow and spiral. This time we had just medium size backpacks with us, but bigger luggage, such as suitcases, would be more problematic to carry up with us. I think older people and people with mobility issues need to ask for a room in the wing with an elevator in advance while placing their booking at this hotel.
