Excellent service at check-in and our pre-booking requests were all facilitated which made life very easy for us. It was a quick overnight stay between long distance trains and provided everything we needed. Really comfy beds as well. They also have an ironing room on the top floor which was great. Nothing

We have been staying at this hotel for years when we come to italy but the staff were so disrespectful to us that we will not be coming back again.

Great location next to metro We had three rooms, one clearly had no working AC and the girls suffered throughout the night. We fed back and were assured it was ok but it wasn’t and this in the middle of the heatwave.

Staff were helpful, quick check in, location close to train station, about 15 minute walk. Air conditioning had a terrible smell so had to turn it off, shower too small, bar fridge didn’t cool drinks, bed uncomfortable.

Very good location, good coffee with a friendly barista at the breakfast. AC worked well. The shower was a bit outdated.
