Location: near a metro station which was great. Room: clean, appeared newly decorated, fun and moody decor. Functioning elevators, no need to take the stairs with heavy baggage. Clothes steamer was a great touch. Breakfast was great, on the top floor, great view from the roof-top terrace. Location: location inside an arcade which I wasn't expecting so found the hotel almost by accident while I was trying to get out of the rain. Instructions for finding the entrance would be good. It's also next to a ?Strip club, which I wasn't expecting... but some people might like this. The strip club was only noticeable at night and it was subtle as far as these clubs go. Soundproofing: the description said there was sound proofing but from our street-facing room on the 2nd floor, we could hear traffic although it was muffled, and we could hear and mildly feel the metro running underground. Easy to ignore and I slept okay the first night. I barely slept at all the second night due to road works on the street that carried on literally ALL night until 7-8am. So I put ear plugs in but I could also feel the vibrations from the machines working on the street and this was the part that kept me up. Luckily, they were able to move us to a quieter room on the same floor and not facing the street for our third night and provided us with free breakfast to compensate. The first room was smaller than expected, had good water pressure, clothes rail was over the top of the kettle/coffee area which was strange. Second room was much better in size/layout, quieter, clothes rail was in an appropriate place, but the water pressure in the ensuite wasn't great. Still, I'd take poor water pressure over noise any time. The towels were so new they were still pilling and I kept getting fluff on my face. There was nothing in the minibar. I wouldn't have minded all these inconveniences if it hadn't been so expensive or if it hadn't been marketed as a 4-star Hilton. For the price, I expected it to be far smoother experience. I've stayed in enough 4-star similarly priced hotels to know. It felt like a hotel pretending to be a 4 star Hilton or a hotel in training?

Clean rooms, good location First floor rooms are right above subway, too noisy when trains travel under.

    Nothing

The hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel, but it's a 2-star hotel at the most. The room was tiny, without A/C, one electric outlet only (there was one broken outlet with the wire hanging out by the bed, where my head should be at night).
