​We had an amazing stay, made even better by a complimentary room upgrade! Everything from the room itself to the breakfast was perfect. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave and worked flawlessly. ​The location is highly convenient, with a bus stop just a 10-minute walk away. We had absolutely no problem getting to the Milano center, the train station, and our concert at the Ippodromo. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend! -

The breakfast was amazing with many choices from 7-10am. Location is close to Sarpi street,China town, a lively semi pedestrian way full of young people and restaurants mostly Asian cuisine. Transportation from the hotel was easy too, 5 minutes walk to train.

Updated rooms and great staff bar located in the hotel was great. Breakfast was slightly above average. A little noisy

Had to turn off the heat/ac as even at the lowest temp it still was way too warm in the room to sleep.

The receptioniste!!!

AC is so bad even after I had asked the front desk to check, and they said they will sent maintenance staff to check it out once we leave the room. We came back 8 hours later and it felt the same with so little air conditioning....it was bad experience regards to AC especially the public hallway & lobby are much cooler than our room even it shows at 17C...

My comments were that they only gave water in the room on the first day and I stayed for five nights and they didn't change the bed linen after two or three days.

The apartment is about half an hour from the main attractions in Milan, but there are plenty of public transportation options. Breakfast could have been better. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in Chinatown.

Breakfast was good and room was ok. There was a big problem with the shower drain which with twice-try it has not been fixed. The water drain was clogged and did not work well and it annoyed us a lot, although they tried to fix it, it has not been solved.

Big room spacious Staff was bit rude and not helpful .the first two days they were refilling my water in the bedroom. I booked a hotel for two. They were refilling everything for one only for the first 2 days then they told me they will stop refilling my water because it’s extra charge after I ordered one bottle of water, cause I was so thirsty. I I told the receptionist that I had been refilled with water for free for the past two days he said in a very rude behavior. No, it is extra money and it just only water. Also, I ordered food from a restaurant recommended by the receptionist, literally in the hotel , The staff refused to give me cutlery even bottle opener because it was not from their own hotel even though the rest receptionist told me that this restaurant is for the hotel. Very weird behavior. Bathroom was not functional properly .

very big and cozy rooms. breakfast had a variety of options and food was pretty good. would recommend and would also come back

Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the breakfast was also nice. Public transport options are close to the hotel. Next time I would choose this hotel again.
