I loved the location, the decoration, the staff's friendliness and the room overall. It was a bit of home away from home, which not all hotels have this feeling. It was great! Not much honestly, maybe the TV was not on point (the satellite was not really working on some occasions) but hey, we were very tired from all of our excursions so this was not really a problem.

Bright room that was tastefully decorated and nice bathroom design. Cool features in the room (light in the wardrobe, stylish kettle, etc) and check-in was very easy. The location is very good - can easily walk to most of the main attractions in the city. Although the walk-in shower was very spacious, the shower heads were not very luxurious. The bed was nice, but not very comfortable.

Nice modern decor and very clean, quiet room, perfect stay! Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Metro stop and Carrefour shop within seconds of the apartment. The only thing that bugged me was the lack of glasses, there were two paper cups provided which wasn't very convenient but I've managed so no big deal.

The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the self check-in system worked once I finally received the instructions. Unfortunately, the communication from the check-in staff was disappointing. When I informed them that my flight had been delayed and that I was driving to the property, they responded with dismissive messages such as “You should have read” and later sent only “?????” while I was on the road instead of simply acknowledging my updates. I found this unprofessional and potentially unsafe, as it encouraged me to check my phone while driving. I understand that properties have policies, but guests should still be treated with courtesy and respect.

The room was very new and clean. Lots of good light. The check-in procedure was a disaster. The website says "to speed up your check-in do the online early check in". I tried but failed. That didn't stop the man answering the phone at the "customer service" number from yelling at me and telling me that because I didn't complete the early online check-in I was basically a "dummy". He actually raised his voice to me 2-3 times during our call.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect and location was great, close to Chinatown, the park and centre via tram We assumed the reception would be 24hrs therefore it was straightforward for checking in and checking out

Very clean, well equipped suite, very quiet and comfortable stay. Beautiful room and entrance. 10 mins from gari baldi station, tram right outside The graffiti on properties next to apartment was a little off putting but a lot of Milan is similar

Showers and water power are great. I could leave my luggage after check out and the staff was awesome and friendly. Balcony in each room All good
