Bathroom large and clean

Single room was VERY small but thoughtfully arranged and met my needs for a base to explore Milan.

Location, functionality and cleanliness were great. Ok, the motion sensors in the room were set to like 30 seconds so the bathroom lights were constantly flicking on and off. It was hilarious at first then simply disconcerting.

The hotel is renovated and very clean. Staff is very friendly with 24hr concierge. And of course location, location, location :) The bathroom and shower was very small. You can barely move in the shower space

Location is super, just 5 minutes from Duomo. AC is super especially with hot weather we had in the city.

Staff changed every few hours, so when we asked for something or needed to confirm something eg, breakfast, the messages didn't get passed along, which was frustrating.

Both the shower and toilet had clear glass doors that faced the room, so there was no privacy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a flight delay and was able to safely check in the middle of the night. As a solo woman, I felt very safe and welcomed at the London hotel. The toilet paper, everything was great though.

This is a fantastic location for a jumping off point. This hotel makes for a great home base if you're not too fussed with rooms and amenities while traveling. It's probably most ideal for a solo traveler based on the single twin bed room I had. I don't really know how one might navigate a room set up the same way mine was with multiple people you aren't intimately acquainted with. Okay so the room is basically also the bathroom. There's the main little rectangle of floor space with the bed and then a shower stall with a glass door right next to the bed and a toilet and sink area separated by a glass sliding door across. Thankfully I was traveling alone so I didn't have to watch someone else use the toilet or shower while just trying to chill on my bed or anything, but basically there is no where to hide in this place. The toilet area was also incredibly narrow. Having a sliding door meant that at least one side of the toilet/sink area was always blocked by the sliding door. If you wanted to fully close the door while using the space it was like 6 inches of space left between the appliances and the glass of the door. I'm short and my knees were hitting the glass when I was trying to sit. So I kept just moving it to the side I wasn't using at that particular moment. And either way it's just glass so you're very exposed. I had read enough reviews to understand (more or less) what I was getting into, but it was still a bit different than experience it. Also, good to note that you have to pay the city tax in cash. Other hotels you can pay with card, so I wasn't fully prepared for this, especially since it was at the end of my trip and I didn't have enough on hand. There are ATMs near by, but that was slightly inconvenient since I was about to leave.

The sound isolation was very poor. We could year every little sound in the hotel. The bathroom was extremely small and weirdly organized.

I can hear other guests at the other room. The hallway is too narrow. And the rooms are small. And the toilet is also too small.

The hotel is centrally located, yet tucked away enough we didn't experience street noise. That's about all I can say that is positive. I travel often and stay in a range of hotels, and this one is notable as it was the most uncomfortable stay I've had in a long time. The room was tiny even by European standards, about 6 in/15 cm between the twin beds, no place for luggage, and a shower that could barely fit a relatively small human. We may as well have slept on boards rather than mattresses, the linen was scratchy, we were told we would have to pay 30 euros for fresh towels before 3 nights (despite the fact the room was too small to hang them, so they were never adequately dry). The smoke detector had a flashing red light so bright and directly over the beds we could both see it even with our eyes closed. I've not slept so poorly in a very long time - and paid more per night for the experience than I did the following week at a 5 star in London. Absurd.

The walls were very thin and I was woken up in the morning by people going to breakfast/leaving their room.

Amazing location and very friendly staff A bit small

The staff were friendly. The location decent with a short walk to food and shopping but not close to much sightseeing. The elevator was small but well kept and functioned properly. The room was clean and bedding comfortable. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that you can barely move in (we are average size ppl) with the door closed. The price was high for the size, location and caliber of hotel during the off season of February but I’m guessing it had to do with Italy hosting the Olympics. On top of which there was some type of construction work going on in the hotel or next door that was loud, repetitive and rather annoying into the late night. We did not think the price was justified for what you get. The bathroom was TINY and the noise from hammering at NIGHT.
