Literally just steps from great restaurants, shops and many attractions. At the reception Mr. Attilio gave me great information on where to go and overall tips as a visitor. Attilio provided an outstanding customer service, he was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome not just to the hotel but also to Milano. The hotel was extra clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very charming. I am already making plans to go back next year. N/a

Beautiful decor, fantastic location close to everything. Exceptional service! The bathroom is very large and beautifully decorated! I know this is petty, but we were told we would each receive a complimentary glass of prosecco at happy hour. I was surprised at check out when the clerk told me the additional charge was for prosecco.

Location was brilliant Room was tiny with a horrible small window and it was very overpriced - I had paid for a suite and they stuck us in a room that was small and claustrophobic

Staff are very friendly

Small size and great location Nothing

The aperitivo treats and breakfast were amazing! Love this place. Elegant, yet accessible.

It was very clean and the staff was wonderful When I was out, I couldn’t always find it

Excellent location just a short walk from the Duomo. For a pretty expensive hotel (~£250/night), the rooms were quite basic with no tea/coffee making facilities. At breakfast we were asked to vacate our table so that other guests could be accommodated. Whilst I understand that staff may be under pressure to find room for guests, it’s not acceptable (to me) that we were made to feel that we had outstayed our welcome! Although the person who asked us to leave later apologised, the damage was done! Milan was the last leg of our tour of Switzerland and northern Italy and unfortunately, the overall experience at Palazzo Segreti was not a highlight of our trip.

Palazzo Segreti was a wonderful stay in Milan. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere easily. The hotel is very cosy, on a quiet street but close to all the stores and places of interest. Staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. We had a wonderful time there. Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

Positives: - The breakfast area/bar/common area was perfect! Comfortable seating, appealing decor and good service. We sat there often, not just for a meal but also for evening drinks and just to escape the city. - The breakfast was very good - excellent coffee, smoked salmon, eggs, toast, cereals, pastries, cheese etc. Really everything you might want. - The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and gracious. - The bathroom was not fancy but it was clean and the water pressure was good. It came equipped with magnifying mirror, hairdryer and good shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Towels were good. - The bedroom was small, with a smooth concrete floor, so fairly minimalist which was fine for us. The bed was comfortable though I would have preferred puffier pillows. The windows were tall and old fashioned with pull across shutters and a double paned openable window in front so you could have the window open and still get air and privacy (however, noise is the negative - see below) Negative: - The obvious one is that because the hotel is in the heart of the tourist district (which is good), you get a lot of street noise until fairly late. In our case there were still a couple of partiers till about 1pm who kept us awake. The more modern window pane was not stout enough to keep the noise out. The second night the noise of the street sweeper also kept us up late.
