Staff at reception were very helpful and spoke fluent English. In addition the use of WhatsApp to message prior to arrival and when we needed help booking things were very good. We were also able to book a dinner prior to our arrival based on the recommendation of hotel staff. Small issue but the lift was a little slow. The construction works on the street were a little annoying but obviously beyond the control of the hotel.
