Super central, comfortable and with a nice atmosphere. No parking nearby as there’s road works everywhere.

Location was awesome just a short walk from Duomo di Milano. Access was easy and staff was friendly. 10 out of 10.

Cleaning, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, bed was not as expected, is most likely quite old and not comfortable.

Boutique hotel, great room - on a corner, large. Friendly helpful staff Fastest internet I've ever had in a hotel! Speeds up to 542MB download, 95 MB upload at differing times of the day. Six marble steps for entrance to lift - not easy with 18KG cases on a 30C deg day Staff availability - no one present until MD & often not after 4PM. Someone helpful was available on phone though. Electricity out for 1/2 hour (probably a local supply issue) Internet down on our last day. Price higher than average for this level of hotel

I was disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The room did not feel fresh, and I spent the entire night feeling itchy and uncomfortable. This was not the experience I expected, and it made my first night unpleasant. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and I hope the management takes this seriously for future guests.

Hi, In my opinion the place should not be called *Hotel* it's just located in an office building with some rooms. No receptionist at all No safe box in the room Bad windows, difficult to close Noisy street They even charged us more city tax than wat states in the booking.com So much money for Nothing All
